After exciting the Anderson Farm, Izuki walked down the withered road to the closest town in the area. Where his next mission should be located.
"It's pretty empty." ,-Midoriya noticed while he walked down the dirt path. He could see everything coming to him from a few miles of flat ground and back when he turns around.
"So far I haven't encountered anything." ,-Izuku moves quietly until he arrived at the town and heads towards the nearest building in the corner of the town. Opening his inventory to the odd store that somehow still processes cap transactions somehow, and buys a silencer. Attaching it to the 10mm pistol to make less noise for the moment he thinks.
When Izuku exited the small bricked home and noticed there used to be a sign which used to have the town's name had been taken. "What's going on here?" ,-Izuku questioned looking around the nearby buildings. "Doesn't look like anyone is home. But then where is everyone?" ,-he thought being a bit creeped out from a town lack of people. It was just empty, nothing moved apart from some signs when a gust of wind that passed by.
"It's creepy here.",-Izuku still felt hot wind passing through him. "Hello, is anyone there?" ,-he asked across the empty town. "Still nothing, better look inside these buildings." ,-apart from the lack of people, the building themselves seem withered away and about to collapse.
Midoriya opened the door to what looks like a grocery store. "Unlocked, I would expect this place to be locked down." ,-he thought just like the other place because there were plenty of items within the store.
Walking inside the store Izuku began looking around for anything useful every item had a green label saying take. "What was that?" ,- Midoriya questioned as he heard something fall. "It seems to be coming from behind the store." ,-he draws and aimed his 10 mm silencer pistol. He noticed several roaches moving around, what freaked him out was the size of these things were almost the size of a full-grown house cat crawling around the store.
Using his pop boy to active V.A.T.S. gave Izuku time to process and calm down a bit. The targets read rad roaches, "This is very unpleasant.",-he said after assigning action points to the surrounding 5 radroaches. In one quick movement and high accuracy, he killed all five radroaches with five bullets. "The hell happened here?" ,-moving further in the store he located the bodies of two deceased bodies. "I'm presuming these two were the owners of the place." ,-Izuku checked if they have any valuables but instead one of them had a note.
Jacob's Note: We are taking shelter now, just managed to barricade the door in time. They have surrounded the town, the sheriff and deputies were overrun. Now I hear them banging the door, it won't last long. I'm here with Tommy, probably this the end. Mom, I guess I'm visiting you sooner than expected. Bye.
"That's extremely sad...",-Izuku glanced at the body. "So you were Jacob. Then what he meant by "they?" ,-he questioned leaving the note behind. If other people arrive at this location they deserve to know what happened to his man.
While checking the abandoned store looking for anything that might be useful. Double barrel shotgun? "Take"
Shovel? "Might at least burry them two." ,-he grabbed the shovel and walked to the back of the store, and began digging two separate graves. It took him 2 hours to finish up digging. "Finally, alright then now for the step." ,-walking back to the store and dragged both bodies without much of a struggle, and placed them in their respective graves. "Alright then." ,-Izuku then began to bury Jacob and Tommy taking him another half an hour.
Once Izuku finished burying two strangers Jacob and Tommy. He didn't quite know how to feel at the moment. Although he had killed that group of raiders was because they were going to kill him. But felt different, the least he could do was to give them a proper burial.
