you and lexi had been dating for awhile and she figured it was time for you to meet her family.

obviously you already met cassie but she didn't know that the two of you were dating.

you were reluctant to say yes because you were really nervous to meet them, but when you saw lexis puppy eyes you couldn't help but say yes.

that's how you landed in front of her house on a tuesday evening.

you were holding lexis hand tightly in your own.

the brunette gave your hand a small squeeze, a smile and started pulling you in the direction of the front door, but you wouldn't move a muscle.

"do we have to do this today?"

lexi let out a quiet sigh and gently pulled you to look at her. the girl moved her hand from yours to cup your cheek.

"baby, there's no need to be nervous, they're gonna love you, i promise"

you leaned into the taller girls touch and gave her a small smile.

"are you sure?"

lexi quickly kissed your forehead and told you that she was sure.

this time you let lexi pull you to the door and quickly opened it, which got the attention of cassie and her mother.

"wait, y/n is the girlfriend? i fucking knew it! maddy owes me 10 bucks"

lexi just glared at blonde and moved over to her mom.

"mom, this is y/n, my girlfriend"

suze gave you a small smile before turning to her daughter.

"oh honey i know. you think i don't see her climbing up to you window at night? i'm suze by the way. it's nice to meet you."

lexi and you turned a crimson red while cassie laughs loudly in the back.

"it's not what you think ma'am! we were just talking, i promise"

suze laughed at you.

"it's fine y/n. just treat lexi like she deserves to be treated"

you gave her a firm nod and a smile

"yes ma'am"

the older woman gave you a nod of approval.

"it's suze for you."
