Trigger Warnigs: Drinking, Smoking, Swearing, Abandoning a Child, Death, Doctors, Drunk person, slight starvation

The next few days? Weeks? I lost count, the next few days have been hectic. I was alone and I knew it, we all knew it, it was no secret. Quackity left, I know everything about Fundy’s little book, the people of Manberg are either switching sides or staying neutral in everything. I offered Dream something to join my side, but I know he’s not gonna stay on my side. He would take any opportunity to kill me.

I sit against the kitchen cabinet smoking a cigarette with beers near me, I close my eyes to reflect on everything that I have done in my life. Maybe if I kept him things would be different.

I remember the day you were born Tubbo, at first I didn’t want anything to do with you, but when I held you in my arms for the first time. My mind changed, you were the joy of my life, you and your brother. Thinking about it if your mother didn’t leave with your brother a lot would have been different. When your mother left, I looked at you and knew everything was gonna be alright. You wouldn’t remember her, you were only a year old. That witch took all my money leaving us broke hardly enough to feed you. As you grew the more expensive things got for us. When you were 2 years old I started to stop eating from time to time, food was expensive and you needed to be healthy. You were three when I got you the bee plushie, you loved it more than anything in the world. Your aunt Puffy had sent us a goat plushie, she couldn’t have been there for us but she wished she would. It was your birthday present after all.

But things got worse. My health was getting worse, I got fired from a lot of my jobs, I could hardly get any food, but more importantly the landlord kicked us out. I knew that I had to give you up, so two days after your birthday christmas day. I sat you in a box you had a lot of blankets with you and your plushies, and my coat which was fairly heavy so I knew you wouldn’t get that cold. There was a christmas tree downtown, so I walked down there with a box in hand. Setting you down with a note explaining that I can not take care of you and never wished to abandon you, but I had to, the note had your name, age, and day of birth. I looked upon your sleeping face, you looked so peaceful, the lights of the tree I sat you under reflected off your face. Soon I could hear people approaching so as fast as I could I got up and ran. I didn’t know where to go so I headed to the bar. On my way there everything started to become a blur, soon it was all black.

I soon awoke in the hospital. Trying to get up, doctors soon rushed in. Looking around confused one of them asked me if I had any family. I ponder for a moment thinking, I could say yes or say no.

“Yes my sister but I haven’t talked to her in awhile,” I told the doctor who nodded while taking notes.

“Alright what is her name?”

“Puffy, why do you ask?”

“Because sure you are not in a stable enough health to be living alone if you could give me her number I’ll call her so she can pick you up.” The doctor told me.

The last time we talked we had a fight. I doubt she would want to see me, but I sighed not wanting to stay in the hospital long giving the doctor her number. The doctor nodded walking out of the room as well as the others.

Minutes or hours passed by and finally a doctor came in, “Good news sir your sister should be here shortly to check you out.” The doctor told me.

I sat in the hospital bed for a good solid hour before Puffy bursted into the room, “HOLY SHIT SCHLATT WHAT HAPPENED! WHERE IS TOBY!” she yelled at me.

“I gave him up. He's with a better family.” I looked away from her not wanting to see the disappointment on my sister’s face.

I guess Puffy could tell I didn’t want to talk about it and get out of here, “Come on let’s head out you can explain to me later about what happened.” she sighed waiting for me to get up “I’ll go check you out you get change.” she told me, walking out of the room so I could change.
