So.... let's just start at the beginning of my story....
I was 13 years old when i felt so down for months that i had given up life. But I'm 15 now so something changed....
It all started when i stopped with soccer because of my ancle injury i really liked to be outside and do sports but i couldn't because of the change my ancle injury would come back. So i asked my parents...' what if i started horse riding?' I mean it's safe because I don't need to use my ancle joints and couldn't sprain them.
A few months later I had my first riding lesson at an old barn on a small lesson pony...but that ended fast because the barn stopped and i was learning fast so the pony couldn't teach me anything anymore.
Half a year and a lot of schooling pony's later me and my parents came to the agreement that i was ready for a first horse of my own!!
So i went searching around a bit and found a 8 year old standardbred mare. A week later we picked her up :) she was the sweetest horse I'd ever seen and even though we onlg knew eachother for a few days. I could already feel some sort of bond...
Months later when i got more experienced i found out that i wasn't ready for a horse back then... but i was now and i said 'it doesn't matter how long it will take we will be champions' and from that day i nevef gave up on myself and my horse again.
We started to get better and better!!but then.... she went very lame and lost a LOT of weight i cried for weeks trying everything i can to get her better cooling her leg multiple times a day bought other food got her a lot of physiotherapy treatments and i literally put blood, sweat and tears in to her every day....
But it was all worth it because after that we got good news from the vet... she was finally healthy!
We started building the riding again and got a new instructor which turned out great! My ambitions were to ride eventing so i trained her for the eventing.... but after all that time i realised something....
