"Sakura-chan! Itai! Please be more gentle." I whine as Sakura injects the needle into my vein. Although it hurt I wouldn't trade this moment for anything. The first thing I see when I wake up is Sakura-chan.

"BAKA! It wouldn't hurt if you just stay still!" Sakura sigh and throw away the needle.
Both Sasuke and I supposed to continue to stay in the hospital but Sasuke insisted, more like he ignored everyone's advice, and choose to get discharge early. I'm glad I stayed since I get to see Sakura-chan every day. She is still training under Tsunade and is helping around in the hospital. It's not like there is anyone back at my apartment waiting for me.
"Is Sasuke doing okay by himself?" Sakura stopped cleaning around and sigh.
"I'm not sure. I have been busy and he is under house arrest. I heard from Tsunade-sama that he still hasn't given her an answer yet for the arm surgery." Sakura-chan sat down next to me and smiles at me. My heart starts skipping and I can feel myself blush. It is rare for her to smile at me so I cherish every moment she does. "Naruto... I am glad both of you are alive."
"I will convince him to do the surgery. Believe it!" She laughs as I give her a thumb up.
Her elbows press on the bed and her hand cup her face. "I love that part of you that had never changed."

"Sorry to bother you but Hokage-sama told me to announce to you that the meeting with the elders will be set in 3 days at 10 in the morning. He will also be coming here later with Uchiha Sasuke to discuss a proposal." Sakura's eyes lit up as she hears Sasuke's name. "It is is to be strictly with you only." Disappointments were written all over her face. The Anbu left and the room ends up being gloomy.
"Aw! Kakashi-sensei didn't have to be that strict. Sakura-chan is also of the team."
"Naruto, it is okay. If it is something confidential then I understand. I learn how important confidential information is while working in the hospital."
Sakura-chan has such a strong personality. She acts like she doesn't care but I know that she is a kind person. One day, my love for her will reach her. I am not a powerless orphan anymore, with all the things that I achieved she would be proud to have me.
