Becca's POV
"My answer is Yes." I said. What did I get myself in to. Jen went straight over to tell James. Then I headed to my REAL friends Skye, Ann, and Veronica. I told them the story of what just happened.
"The only reason why I like your boyfriend is because he is wearing a shirt." Ann said. I started to laugh when I heard this. Well I see because we are at the beach and most guys have their shirts off. Let's just say Ann isn't into boys, at all.
I hope I made the right decision. James has black hair an dark brown eyes. He mostly wears jeans and short sleeve shirts. He is very nice to me. What if it's a whole act and he turns against me later. I just have to wait to find out. If he is just using me, I will be done with him. I was actually having a good time until Jen showed up.
"James wants you to go over to him." She said to me.
"Well I'm with my friend right now." I said while gesturing to my friend Kayla.
"Becca he wants you though." Jen said to me.
"You know boyfriends and girlfriends come and go but best friends are forever." I said to her. I'm not leaving my best friend alone, even if it was to go hang out with James.
Time flew like a blur and it was time to go. Everyone started to walk back to the school, which wasn't far. When we got there, it turned 3 pm, and it was time to leave. Wow, I thought this day would never end. But all these questions still go through my head. What if Julia finds out? Is James using me? Is all of this just a prank? Is Jen setting me up for something?
