Nighttime Adventures Await Ch 9

Scar and the boys went into the door with chills down their necks and spine as they walked into a pitch-black cave. Stepping into the cave they were trapped with no way out, there was a dome over their heads, and it was a dead-end. Scarlet thought there was some way out knowing there were 24 more days left to save her sister to reunite with her because of the answers and codes to the boobie traps she stole. Everyone went to sleep except for Alex because he heard a loud howling noise, so he woke everyone up to go investigate. Everyone got up to investigate, but once they got to the destination of the noise it started raining.

"Oh, wow we are trapped in a cave and it's raining. Tyler yells in a cranky tone.

"Aye, I heard you guys talk and I can make you a deal," Hailey stated.

"Okay, what is the deal?" Scar asked in a suspicious tone.

"How about you give us a cold-blooded battle and if you win before dawn then I will set you free," Hailey said.

"Okay, a deal is a deal." Scar says in a cocky tone.

Everyone was getting ready for this battle and how bloody it was going to be. Scar had a weird feeling that Hailey was not the only werewolf in this battle. Hailey called out the wolf pack and both parties let loose once and for all. Hailey held Alex hostage at claw point. It was now Scar and the 2 boys vs 5 wolves. Tyler stole 3 daylight rings from 3 wolves melted them into a deadly liquid and poured it all on Hailey. Alex was free, but there was no pulse on Hailey. There are 4 wolves left and they knew that they would be outnumbered. The four wolves were all female because all the males were hunting. Suddenly it started raining acid rain and turned into the squad's favor by killing 2 wolves. The other 2 wolves Alex went behind one wolf and decapitated its head.

Now there was one wolf left and she was a killer wolf. This wolf was not like any wolf, she was the alpha of the pack, and she was the strongest of them all. She was prettiest the second you lie eyes you turn into stone. The alpha is not the one you want to mess with, so they ran for their lives until she caught Alex. She had held Alex at claw point until the battle was over, so no one knew if they were going to ever get Alex back. They fought in the acid rain and Tyler survived and kept going for Ava. Alpha clawed Alex just a tad on his neck and blood was pouring from his neck to the ground.

Scarlet sprinted and shot the burning white oak arrows at Alpha, but she still stood strong. Scar kept shooting until she ran out, surprisingly she was the only one in the group that can keep up with Alpha. A while later to Scar's surprise she tamed her and was able to ride her, but we had to encounter Male Alpha which was the most dangerous of them all. When the Male Alpha approached, he seemed very stern and dangerous, but he was not a member of this pack at all. He was from another pack who were the rulers. Malpha was not a wolf that they wanted to tamper with, but they thought of Ava and went in full force.

Malpha was at least kind enough to take care of Alex and set him free, but the rest of the rulers did not agree with Malpha's decision to rule in Scar's favor. Alex came back and wondered what all he had missed and now had to come to terms with Scar being a vampire and him being a werewolf. At this point, their powers have become stronger, and wondering when these battles are ever going to end. Tyler and Damon wondered how many boobie traps we all had left to fight through. In the pouring rain, they fought in this battle with 10 wolves in the pack and we all knew we were outnumbered. At this point, nothing ran in their favor until an angel came down from above and gave Scar Blue Fire White Oak arrows that only kill the rulers vs the regular wolves. Not only did she come down to give the arrows to Scar, but she also came down to help fight the wolves. These wolves were called overlords and overlords ruled their kingdom that roams in their parts of Wonderland,

Once Alex got set free by Malpha that was when all hell broke loose all because Malpha had the humanity to help another man out, so he won't die. The wolves from the pack started ganging up on him first because of his betrayal. They all tried to kill him, but he was too powerful. Scar saved Malpha by shooting blue fire arrows at all the overlords until there was no wolf left in the pack. To everyone's surprise, the arrows only injured them. Star took the wolves broke every single bone in their bodies and threw them against the wall. Damon used his super strength to dispose of the bodies. On one of the bodies, Star pocketed a rare gem that may help us out of this cave.

"Thank you for helping us out there." Scar uttered.

"No problem," Star replied.

"You can help us the rest of the way if you want." Scar insisted.

"Of course, I would love to," Star replied.

Everyone goes on to find a way out of this cave and there is another slide that leads them to a shortcut to save Ava. No one understood that Ava was a hero to the people of Wonderland. Who knew that being a hero would gain and lose love at the same time Scarlet thought in her head as she knew this shortcut was suspicious, but they took it anyway just for the fun of it, curious of where it would go. No one knew with all the open flame that they were about to go into a huge battle.
