Izuku stared at the door only to see what he considered to be his four best friends, even if one was a rather complex friend. Uraraka' at the front, Kacchan and Todoroki behind her and at the back he saw an upright Iida who he didn't know if he was looking at him or not as his glasses obscured his vision. Before he could even react, Uraraka had already barged in and hugged him almost as hard as Inko had done a few moments back, but she still had a long way to go so that she could compete with the infamous Midoriya hug. The other boys had walked in, with Bakugo standing at the opposite corner than the rest, something that didn't go unnoticed by Izuku. He didn't know if he loved or hated his mother for what she did next as she stood up, claimed that she was getting breakfast for him and leaving him alone with his closest friends, fearing the fact that they may not be as filtered as his mother or teacher with asking questions. "We were worried" said a soft muffled voice from his chest, holding as if he would disappear at any point if she let go.

"I-I am s-sorry for w-worrying you. It was never my intention." He had seen the letters and wanted to read all of them, but just after Uraraka's letter, he had to accept that they did in fact truly cares for him, even if his head still tried to convince him otherwise. The evidence was right in front of him, and he couldn't just outright deny it. Uraraka finally let go of him and looked at his eyes, searching for that shine that she had missed so dearly, finding only a faint spark that just hinted at his progress on his own well being. "You are not leaving our sights, especially mine. I am going to keep an eye on you at all times. We just........ we really missed you, really." "Uraraka is right Midoriya. It just wasn't the same without you. Even before you came to the hospital." And even after gaining a blush after hearing Uraraka, he could not help but confusion take over him. Had it really been that different? Did his presence actually affect as much as Todoroki said? "Yes Midoriya, you truly do affect all of your classmates in a positive way. 'Damn muttering'

And soon after, an awkward silence had taken over the room as no one really knew what to say or ask next. And before Iida could ask and be as directly as he possibly could, knowing that many had the same question in mind, Bakugo best him to it, asking for something that didn't sit really well with any of the other three, especially Uraraka. "Can Izuku and I speak in private, Please?" Even with his harsh tone, the fact that he had asked and even used Midoriya's first name made everyone comply and leave the room, with Todoroki quickly stating that they had 5 minutes before they came back in, to which Bakugo angrily sighed. As the too teens were the only ones left in the room, suddenly Izuku didn't know how to feel, but Bakugo had come with a plan and a mission, and he was not going to fail. He opened his mouth but nothing came out, words stuck in his throat as he remembered the night and the crimson liquid he had found and reading the letter afterwards. Even if he said that he was forgiven, he couldn't just simply accept this, and that made him freeze up on the spot.

Luckily for him, Izuku caught on pretty quick and knew how hard it was for someone as prideful as Bakugo to say a simple 'I am sorry' when Izuku had already beat him with forgiveness, and was about to do it again. "Look Kacchan, I don't know if you read the letter, but really I forgive you. No hard feelings." But that didn't sit well with the blonde, considering that he knew if someone had constantly beat him physically and mentally for over ten years, he would want a fight, and he would make sure he would win. With his anger rising, he finally was able to get something out. "How are you not angry? THIS is MY fault, and you hold my hero career in your hands. You could give me what I deserve but decide to just forgive me? What the fuck Deku? Even if I am sorry now, that still isn't e-fucking-nough for all I did! AND I WAS SO BLIND TOO. HOW CAN I-" and even after his rage filled rant, he found himself once again at a loss of words while a rouge tear escaped his eye and Izuku just watched.

He sat up, straightened his back before saying the last thing as the timer was about to hit five minutes, and he knew Todoroki was not joking with five minutes on the dot. "Kacc..... Katsuki, I forgive you because you showed me you are willing to change and already did. You really are improving, and I can't wait to see the amazing hero will be." And just like that his time was up and his friends entered the room once again while Bakugo wiped his face with his sleeve and walked away of the room, not really knowing how to feel about the small conversation he had with his childhood friend that he then bullied for something he couldn't even control. 'God that's fucked' was all he could think while leaving the hospital. Back in his room, the awkwardness had risen up again, but Izuku already knew what he wanted, and he truly couldn't ask for anything better right now. "Do you guys mind if we just small talk. We can speak seriously afterwards. It's just that I woke up a not long ago and it is kind of weird a-" Uraraka had stopped his rant while she placed a soft warm hand on his shoulder and spared him a smile. "Of course Deku, don't worry."

Just like that, him and his three friends talked for a while until his mother arrived with breakfast while he audibly groaned. Not because he didn't like the food, no, he couldn't complain about that. But because he knew he would have to be present to hear more of his embarrassing stories.

Heyo. So yeah, It is slowly starting to get a bit fluffier and less angsty. We still have a few angst filled chapters to go, but it will soon be replaced by heartwarming fluff. Anyways, I hope you had or have a great day and remember you are amazing, special and loved. I'll see you tomorrow.
