Chapter 106

ShyAnne's POV

"SHE'S TWO YEARS OLD! SHE'S A LITTLE GIRL AND WE'RE THOUSANDS OF MILES FROM HOME!" I screamed at the cop in front of me. The cops arrived quickly, but told me there was nothing they could do until Eliza had been missing for 48 hours. Andy wrapped his arms tightly around me and held me close as I sobbed into his chest.

"Please, isn't there anything you can do to help us? I'm in a band, I'm working right now and we're going to have to cancel our tour if we have to stick around for two days. We live in Los Angeles, halfway across the country, we have no idea where we are, where to even begin looking. We're terrified and can't do this alone. She's defenseless and who knows what could happen in the next 48 hours." Andy pleaded with the officer.

"Look, we'll station an officer here with you guys to patrol the area but that's all I am authorized to do."

"Do you have children? Are you a father?" Andy asked the cop.

"Yes sir."

"Let me ask you, how would you feel if your child went missing and you were told there was nothing that could be done. You just had to wait it out and hope everything was okay."

"I understand and I'm sorry. I wish there was more that I could do."

"BULLSHIT!" Andy screamed, jumping to his feet and getting in the cop's face.

"Woah." CC said, running over and pushing Andy back on the couch. "We can't find Eliza and bail you out of jail at the same time."

"I'll take over from here." Another officer said, coming up to us. The original officer walked away and this guy seemed different. His face was softer and his body was less tense.

"Honestly, I'm done wasting my breath with you guys." Andy sighed.

"I understand that. That's why I have actual solutions. I got permission from my boss to station some officers around the area, patrolling and watching for signs of your daughter."

"That's literally what the other guy said except you're offering more people."

"There's not much we can do when it comes to a missing person case. She's two so there's no social media or phone we can track. She has no known enemies, we have literally no lead except she was maybe abducted at a park."

"I didn't lose my daughter. She didn't just walk off, she's two years old. She was taken, there's no other explanation."

"I'm sor-"

"Andy! Look at this!" Jake exclaimed, cutting the officer off and showing us his phone which had Twitter pull up.

AndyFan~ I have info on your daughter

"What the fuck." Andy said. The officer grabbed Jake's phone and read the tweet.

"Now this is something we can work with." He said, getting all the necessary information he needed, handing Jake his phone back, and walking off, instructing us not to interact with this account. We sat for an hour, feeling helpless and useless as hell as more officers arrived on the scene with their technology needed to look up the IP address for this account and look further into it. In the mean time, the guys had to post pone their VIP until after the show, still holding onto hope that they would be able to perform tonight.

The cops had Andy pull up Twitter and begin direct messaging the account under their supervision. The number one thing they said to him was be calm, don't come off as aggressive so they don't scare them off.

AndyBlack~ What do you mean?

AndyFan~ I know where your daughter is

AndyBlack~ Are you going to tell me?

AndyFan~ What's in it for me?

AndyBlack~ What do you want?

AndyFan~ One million dollars

AndyBlack~ How about not being arrested?

AndyFan~ Guess you don't love your daughter enough

"WHAT THE FUCK!" Andy screamed, almost throwing his phone.

"Calm down." One of the officers said.

"CALM DOWN? WE'RE NEVER GOING TO FIND HER AT THIS POINT! WHO KNOWS WHAT THIS PSYCHOPATH IS DOING TO MY LITTLE GIRL!" Andy screamed and then took a deep breath, looking over at the guys. "I'm sorry, I think we have to cancel the show tonight." He said.

"Of course." They said. About five minutes after the announcement went out on Twitter that the show was cancelled, Andy's phone dinged.

AndyFan~ Don't cancel the show

AndyBlack~ I can't do a show when my daughter is missing

AndyFan~ I have her, she's safe

"We've got the location." An officer said.
