first off, we have Izuku, the leader of their group. reason he became a villain: his mom died because All-Might couldn't save her quirk: One-For-All alternative weapon?: yes, a baseball bat interesting skills: he's able to find a hero's weak spot after watching them fight for a bit, but it's not always their biggest weak spot

Iida, Izuku's right-hand-man, who has lost his ability to feel, and that's why he's so good at planning things out, as he only deals with cold, hard facts. reason he became a villain: he had Hanahaki for a girl who didn't have a quirk, and she died in the same villain attack where Izuku's mom died, and with the removal of the flowers, because he didn't wish to die, he lost his emotions, except for disgust and anger quirk: he used to have Engine, but the flowers got into them and he needed to have them surgically removed, he mostly stays behind at the base and plans ways to fight heros using Izuku's notes alternative weapon?: no interesting skills: he is always able to budget the cash they get to last anywhere from 1-5 months, and shop sensibly, but he always does so under heavy disguise and he only uses cash. he also knows the most effective ways to train for each of his friends' quirks
