Naoyumi's Pov

[Friday]

"Christmas break is almost over and I am back in my house here in tokyo. It feels good to be back. I can finally freely play games back in my hometown my mom always asks me to do stuff and the signal is pretty slow."

I entered my apartment and went straight to bed. I took out my phone and started playing.

"I want to go to senpai's place tomorrow. The new game should be released by now. We'll get it together."

I thought as I continued playing my favourite game.

Then I fell asleep.

*Next Day*

[Saturday]

*Ding* *Dong*

*Ding* Dong*

*yawns*

That's my doorbell?

Yeah it is...

Who could it be this early?

I grabbed my glasses and went to the door. I opened it and saw Asahi-senpai standing there with a big backpack.

"Ohayo, Asahi-senpai"

"Ohayo, Naoyumi-san. Sorry did I wake you up? I thought you'd be awake since it's lunch time."

Senpai said as I looked at my wrist watch.

Ah it's 11:30am

What time did I sleep again?

"Ah gomen, I played last night and didn't know what time I slept. Ah we should get in first"

He noded and we went inside.

That's a reall big backpack. It's stuffed too.

"Um why are you here all of a sudden though?"

"Didn't your mom tell you?"

She didn't tell me anything.

*Ring* Ring*

And my phone is ringing. It's mom

*click*

"Hello. Mom?"

"Ah Nao I forgot to tell you that Asahi-kun will stay in your house until graduation since it's close to school"

Ha? Hai? Eeeeeeeeehhh?!

"Oh is that so? I see. Okay"

I calmly said but my insides are screaming.

"Okay. Then I leave you to it. Don't do anything inappopriate. Bye"

"We won't. bye"

The call ended.

I faced Senpai calmly.

"Well, I guess you'll be staying here for a while."

"Ah yeah."

He replied.
This is getting awkward.

"I'll show you where you'll be staying."

He followed me upstairs and I showed him the guest's bedroom.

"You should get setteled in, I'll make something for us to eat."

"Ah why don't I help you?"

Senpai is always so kind

"No it's alright. I'll handle it"

I went downstairs and cooked up some egg rolls and rice.

There wasn't much to work with. I should go to the market tomorrow.
