He is the man of bravery
Though he's sentimental for his family

That used to make that baby girl laugh in its cradle
The strict rulings
That used to somber that teenage girl
Those pure tears
That flows on the sight of the beautiful grown up daughter on her wedding.

Her first day at school
Her first bicycle ride
Her first scooty drive
Her first car drive
Her exam grades
Her first moment at the college
He had the biggest reasons to be the most happy.

He never changed,
And yet all those years something changed
His little daughter grew up
Into a self that is
Ready to face the world
To make her own different place in the crowd of this globe
