"The God of the Underworld was scared. Weird huh?"

Percy's POV
After the accusation in the Dining Hall, I went over to Mr.Brunn- I meant Chiron's- cabin to clear it up. Chiron believed me and said that we should go on a quest to find out what it's about (Ya he said "Quest") in the meantime, I wanted to think about other things. Other then this thief thing and other than Grace (although it's hard not to, her long brown hair and the wa-NOPEEEEE) so I was walking through the canpgrounds.

"Psst." I heard from my left but there was no one but this guys from the Hermes cabin reading a book and he looked to into it to call me.
"Psst." I heard now from my right but there was no one there.
"You stupid I'm here" the voice whispered from behind me. When I turned, I saw that it was coming from the fire.
"What th..."
"Okay, here's what I want from you." The voice said in a normal volume now. A few campers heard and gathered around too. Then I realized I wasn't just talking to fire, I was talking to Hades. (the fire starting forming into his features.)
"I want the bolt." He said. I hated him right then. I hated the way he demanded me and didn't ask. I hated the way he thought he can get what he wants by a snap, then I realized he can take my life away by a snap, so that explains it.
"And I want my mother, so I guess we both don't get what we want." Wow were did that come from?
His face turned red (we'll reder than before since I am talking to him through fire-skype😒)
"Boy! You will not speak to me this way! But anyways, since you are my old friend's son, I knew you would say that. That's why I'll offer you this."
As he said that, he sent forward this little flame with my mother on it (not my real mother probably her holographic image, in fire..)
"Mom?"
"Son! Oh I missed you! Just please do what he says and give him the bolt so we can be together."
"As tempting as that sounds mom, I don't have bolt."
"Now son, it's not nice to lie to your own mother."
Okay now I KNOW this isn't Mom. first, if I am accused and I tell her it's not me, she believes me and secondly mom never talks like that. If I lie an she knows it she would let it go and have me face the consecenses. It was tempting to confront Hades about this not being my mother but I'm pretty sure he locked her up so when I don't give the bolt, he'll hurt her. So for now I had to act, which to be honest I'm quiet good at.
"Mom, I'm not lieing, but if I get a hold of it somehow I'll return it to hades to I can see you again."
"That's my fish" she said, and for a brief moment I actually thought she was mom. She called me that ever since I was little, and even in Joe's house she still does. Now I know how LITTERAL it was.
"Bye mom" I whispered as her holograph-flame floated towards Hades.
"Great son, see you on the other side." He said, but he looked scared for a moment as he looked at something over my shoulder.The God of the Underworld was scared. Weird huh? But as I turned, I laughed at what he was looking at.

It was Nico and Elsa kissing.
