It was dark outside as I ran through the trees in my human form. Not caring if I was the only one in the pack who has resisted the urge to go to the Full Moon dance. I was after all ditched by my date... Welll actually he had found his mate earlier in the day and they ran off to go tell her dad. Her name was Mia, a pretty girl whos dad forced her to come to our school. It was a good and bad Idea all in one:
first off, she is from the Regional Dark Shadow tribe and we (the eastern Blue Shoshana tribe) dont get along!
and secondly, she found her mate, which was Jason, the gorgeous guy who asked me ( the nobody named Lilly Maison) to the Full moon Dance.
Let me explain what that is! It happens only on a Friday when there is a full moon, ALL the non-mated werewolves are required to attend, so yes I am breaking a law, but ya know Ive been for the past 3 years still not finding my mate, but something in the pit of my stomach told me I had to skip out because something was about to happen that I needed to prepare for.
As I crossed the border into Canda the scent hit me really strong! It was the sweetest scent ever, Honeydew melon. I followed it to a house, it looked like our alfas house only a light shade of blue. I kept following the scent all the way to the door, and as I was about to knock a boy my age opened sniffing the air around like I was. When he saw me his eyes went from blue to yellow quickly, the next second a girl appeared beside him
"Lane, baby, who is this?" she said wrapping her arm around him, my anger shot up at the sight of her on my mate, WAIT! WHAT DID I JUST THINK????
"Jade could you give us a minute?" the boy whos name was Lane said
" ugh fine just don't take long!" 'jade' replied, I could smell her and she was definitely human which mean he was only hold on to her for awhile then he would get rid of her. as she walked away I noticed Lane was stepping outside motioning for me to follow.
"Hello sweetheart whats your name?Im guessing you know mine already"
"Sorry to inturupt I just smelled something sweet and I couldnt stop myself from following, By the way, the names Lilly, Lilly Maison"
"Your Jayden's sister right?"
"uhh yeah, how do know him?"
" He is actually my real brother not yours"
