TW: MENTION OF SEXUAL ABUSE AND RAPE

Jake's P.O.V

"Hay kid, wake up! Come on please!" He shook the poor boy awake, when he opened his eyes and saw Lucas he immediately started to cry and telling him to go away.

"Listen I'm sorry, I was drunk but that's still no excuse. I didn't mean for this to happen to you...I'm so sorry kid" Jake tried to calm him down as he cradled him in his arms, he felt sick with himself....he had become the thing he hated to most, a rapist.

"Y-you wouldn't stop when I told you to, it hurt so bad Jake" the boy cried into his chest, still trying to come to terms with what happened to him last night.

~flashback ~

The boy, james, had carried lucas back to his house since Lucas was dumb drunk he helped him into  the bed and took off his clothes which had vomit all over it. He chuckled thinking about how dumb Jake looked while he mumbled to himself.

Suddenly out of nowhere Jake pulled him down onto the bed and started kissing him aggressively, james struggled to push him off him but to no avail and by then jake already had his lower half undressed. Without any prep at all, jake forced himself into james, who was a virgin. James let out a scream from the burning sensation coming from his ass, he felt as if it had ripped down there and began to sob.

Jake's body suddenly gave up on him and he collapsed on top of the poor kid, who was a heaving mess, james pushed him off and tried to get up but couldn't move since his back was on fire, so he just laid there thinking about how he almost got raped by his crush

Well technically he did.

"I'm sorry, I'll make it up to you kid.....I'll take responsibility for my actions" Jake whispered into the kids ear, james was starting to settle down and his cries turned into hiccups.

After taking james to a clinic and making sure he was okay jake is taking him home.

"You didn't have to take me all the way to that clinic, we have one in our town-" James was cut off.

"That clinic is better than the one in our town, if I had badly hurt you they would be more helpful " jake replied, james just nodded but he knew it was because the clinic in their town would recognize them and jake would get into trouble.

"How are you feeling now? Does it still hurt?" Jake asked, occasionally taking his eyes off the road to look at james.

"It still hurts a bit but at least the tissue didn't rip so I'm okay" james replied looking down at his hands, playing with the sleeve of the sweater jake had given him since his shirt was ripped up. Jake thought about how big it fit james and how it looked like it's swallowing him.

"You can keep the sweater....or just throw it away"
Jake said, clearing his throat because his voice cracked. James just replied okay but jake didn't know if he meant he's gonna keep it or throw it away.

{At the twins house}

Every one was asking all sorts of questions while Sebastian and Lucas tried their best to answer, eventually they got tired and changed the subject to the baby project that they have to do. "So, who's Jake's partner? I've never seen that kid before in my life, he looks so fat" Alicia said as she cleaned her pedicure. "He's been with us since 4k, he's always to the back of the class. I think he has a crush of jake" Josh said, everyone paused and all collectively sighed, feeling bad for the poor voy who fell for their friend.

"Good luck to him, right Lucas" Charlotte smirked and looked at Lucas knowingly, Lucas flipped her off and they laughed. Just in that moment Jake walked in and the room went silent, he crunched up his fave seeing Sebastian and Lucas together.  "Hay jake, Sebastian and Lucas are together, even spent the night cuddling with each other" Charlotte chuckled, Jake shot daggers at her and an idea popped into his head.

"So what? I already have a boyfriend either way" He announced as he sat down on a bean bag chair, everyone was intrigued and sat up to hear what he had to say. "That need that I'm doing the daddy mommy project with, he likes be so I decided to give him a chance. He's head over heals in love with me, so I wouldn't have to do much to please him" Jake replied, everyone in the room rolled thier eyes and simutatusly regretted knowing this jerk of a man.
