"So this is what the outside world looks like" I joked to my mom.

"Very funny Maya, please don't spend all your free time watching those creepy tv shows" said my mom.

"Whats so creepy about Sherlock and Doctor Who? You're thinking of Supernatural." I muttered.

"Why don't you go check out your dorm? Heres the box of all your band posters, its gonna take a while to hang these up." mom said handing me the big box.

"Kay, you go check everything out" I said turning towards the building.

Room 133. Hopefully my roommate likes My Chemical Romance...i've got loads of posters.

I opened the door to see a thin, pink-haired girl.

"Wow" I accidentally let that slip out.

"Excuse me?" The girl replied

"Y-your hair! Its so pretty!" I lied. I was memorized in her beauty, every curve seemed perfect.

"Oh yeah, i get that a lot. My name's Katy, Katy Barlett." She said proudly.

Even her name seemed perfect.

"I'm Maya Hendrix. Do you like MCR?"

She laughed. Is that good? She probably thought i was childish. I wish I knew how bad I probably looked..

Wait

Since when do I care what I look like? And since when have I gotten butterflies by looking at a girl. What is happening? Is this a dream? It has to be! No human is this perfect, she must have some flaws. I bet she has a weird laugh.

"My ex-boyfriend loved My Chem, they're pretty great" Katy said with a smirk.

Gosh she was perfect

"Thats cool, they're my favorite band"

"You mean idea?" Katy laughed.

I wanted to be mad at her for saying that but her laugh was just too perfect.

"I'm sorry, I truly am. I was devastated when they broke up." Katy said.

She looked as if she were going to break down in tears. Without thinking I ran towards her, man do I regret this already. I put my hand on her back and said its going to be okay. She smiled and hugged me, inching her hands towards my arse.

I never wanted to let go of her.

Most people would think its such a silly thing to get upset over, I didn't care. Mcr obviously was very important to her.

I pushed myself back once her long black nails reached my jeans pocket. I felt guilty.

"I better be going, I still need to check all the sites out and see where my classes are." I said, rushing towards the door.

"Have fun hun! College is going to be a blast for a pretty girl like you."

I could feel my cheeks burning, was she hitting on me? I needed to get out, before anything else happens.
