Chapter 12: Meet Penny

After finishing up, the classes that they had attended. Team Omega and RWBY were dragged to Vale by Weiss surprisingly after you changed into normal attire. Y/n and Yamato quickly took notice of the balloons, streamers and, a ton of people are walking in the street. They eventually pass by a sign that said WELCOME TO BEACON.

Y/n: "Wonder what they are celebrating about?"

Yamato: "Yeah."

Weiss: *gasps* "What? ....You two don't know what the Vytal Festival is?!"

Yamato: "Remember Weiss, me and Y/n have been fighting in another world. So we know nothing of this Festival.." *Y/n just nods*

Weiss: "Oh right. Well, the Vytal festival is a festival dedicated to the cultures of the world! There will be dances! Parades! A tournament! Oh, the amount of planning and organization that goes into this even is simply breathtaking!"

Y/n: *slowly backs away from Weiss close to Ruby* "Hey Ruby, have you ever seen Weiss smiling like this before? It's kind of-"

Ruby: "Creeping you out too?"

Y/n: "Definitely."

Yang: *to Weiss* "You really know how to take a good thing and make it sound boring."

Weiss: "Quiet, you!"

Yamato: "I think Weiss looks cute when smiling." 

Weiss: *blushing like crazY* "W-w-what?!"

You all stopped in your tracks as soon as you made it to the docks.

Yang: "Remind me again why we're spending out Friday afternoon visiting the stupid docks?"

Y/n: "Weiss insisted on us coming here."

Ruby: (Covering her nose) "Ugh, they smell like fish...."

Blake and Yamato: "What's wrong with that.."

Weiss: "I've heard that students visiting from Vacuo will be arriving by ship today. And as a reprehensive of Beacon, I feel as though it is my solemn duty to welcome them to this fine kingdom."

Yin: "You just wanted to scope them out so you'll have an upper hand in the tournament. Am I right?"

Yamato: "Make sense.:

Weiss: *scoffs* "You can't prove that!"

Blake: "Just by you saying that means you're guilty."

Ruby: "Hey guys check this out!"

Team Omega and Team RWBY stare at the dust store across the street that had been broken into. You all watch as the Vale police force are covering most of the crime scene with yellow tape. As a Detective writes in a notepad.'

Detective 1: "Robbery. Second Dust Shop to be hit this week. This place is turning into a jungle." *walks to partner*

Yang: *sighs sadly* "That's terrible." *Yamato sniffs the air*

Detective 2: "They left all the money again."

Detective 1: "Yeah, just doesn't make a lick of sense. Who needs that much Dust?"

Detective 2: "I don't know, an army?"

Detective 1: "You thinking the White Fang?" *Y/n sniffs the air*

Detective 2: "What I'm thinking is that we don't get paid enough"

Y/n: *eyes widen* 'That scent.....no no it can't be." *looks over to Yamato who also has a worried look on his face as well, as they walk away with the others*
