Clary's POV:

I head to the mall to meet Sydney and Lucas. When I get there I park next to Sydney's car and hurry inside.

I text Sydney and ask her where she is. She instantly texts back and says: I'm sitting down in the food court. I'm sitting in the table closest to Sbarro.

I scan the mall food court until I see her and her baby boy. I smile and walk/run over to her.

"What store shall we go to first?" Sydney asks me.

"Umm... How about... Rue 21?" I say. That was me and Sydney's favorite store to go to when we came to the mall. We always tried on dresses and skirts and honestly I need more nice clothes for school.

She smiles and says," Okay let's go!"

We walk to Rue 21 and the first thing I see Sydney spot is a pink dress. I laugh and follow her into the store. She walks up to the dress and I notice how pretty it is. It is a pink strapless high low dress. I love it and I can tell Sydney does too.

She picks up her size and asks if I can hold Lucas. I look at him in her arms and smile and say," Of course!"

She laughs and hands Lucas over to me. I gladly take him and he instantly goes straight for my hair. I laugh and walk over to a bench in the store and sit down admiring how beautiful Lucas is. I mean I know he is a boy but he is the most beautiful baby boy I've ever seen. He has blonde hair, blue eyes, (like Luke) and has Sydney's nose. He is the perfect baby.

Sydney comes out and I look at her with awe. She looks downright gorgeous in that dress.

"Sydney! You have to buy that dress." I say as I get up from the bench and put my purse around my shoulder.

She laughs and looks in the mirror. "I really like it." She says. "I'm going to get it." She finishes.

I walk over and get a cart because I have a feeling were going to buy a lot of clothes from here. I grab two carts. One for Sydney and one for me. I put Lucas in the cart seat thing and buckle him in it so he doesn't fall out. I push the cart and start to look at their skirts and nice shirts and long dress pants. I grab 4 pairs of dress pants. 3 long skirts. And 8 shirts.

Sydney is still trying on clothes so I walk over to the jewelry and shoes. I find acouple pairs of black and Grey flats that I like and some necklaces and bracelets.

I walk back to the dressing rooms and Sydney finally comes out. She puts her stuff in her cart and grabs Lucas from mine and puts him in hers.

"What are you getting?" I ask looking at all of the clothes.

"Everything." She says while laughing.

I smile and walk over to the wallets. I don't really like wallets but I could use one. I finally find one that is white and teal chevron with a teal bow on the front. I throw it in my cart and walk to the cash register.

I put my stuff on the counter and the person behind the cash register starts to scan my clothes and other things.

Sydney gets behind me in line. I'm assuming after getting almost the whole store she would be done by now.

The lady finally stops scanning and completes my total.

"That will be $226.34 please." She says with a smile.

I smile back and hand her my credit card. She scans it and hands it back to me.

I walk back to the bench I was sitting on earlier and start transferring the stuff from my purse to my wallet. Which includes: money, license, gift cards, credit card, and my receipts.
I put my wallet in my purse and swing it over my shoulder. I stand up realizing Sydney is done and I grab my bags.

I look at the time and it's already 7:30
It's getting late. I should probably get going.

"Hey it's getting really late I should probably go.. Tomorrow is Friday so maybe over the weekend we can go to a hotel and watch movies and go swimming or something." I say. I've really missed Sydney and I would love to spend more time with her.

She smiles and says," that sounds great! I'll text you tomorrow after work."

"Okay." I say. I kiss Lucas on the nose and he scrunches it and starts giggling. I swear this child is going to kill me with his cuteness. She walks away and I walk the other direction towards my car. She is probably going to shop more. I get to my car and pop the trunk. I put my bags in and head off. I stop and get some gas from the gas station so I don't have to do it tomorrow morning before school.

I finally get home and go to sleep. I don't feel good at all....
