"I'm sorry for not telling you the truth, Jake."

"Please don't hate me, Jake."

"I'm sorry, Jake."

"I'm so sorry."

Jake stared at the text that he received from Jina silently. He sighed heavily, turned off his phone, and put it away from him because he didn't want to waste his time thinking about her.

It's hard for him to apologize to her easily after finding out about her keeping the secret from him. He felt like a fool. He acted nice to her and celebrated her birthday without realizing what Jina did to him.

The fact that Jina was there when he kept talking about Yurim made him mad at her longer. She acted as if she knew nothing about Yurim's sickness. She just listened to him and didn't say anything about Yurim to him.

He didn't want to go home at all. He knew that Jina would be there waiting for him. He knew that Jina would approach him and try to fix everything between them again. So, he decided to stay in the hospital to take care of Yurim.

"Jake, why aren't you going home?"

Yurim spoke as she suddenly woke up from her sleeping. She reached her hand to him, held it tightly, and smiled when Jake kissed her on the forehead gently.

He sat on the bed, brushed her hair out of her face, and stroked her cheeks.

"Are you hungry, Yurim?"

Yurim nodded slowly. Jake quickly went to the drawer and took out some biscuits that he bought for her. He went towards her again, helped her to fix her position, and installed the table for her before serving the food on the table.

"Thank you, Jake."

Yurim ate the biscuit and chuckled when Jake poked her nose. She watched him make the drink for her, and tool the drink for him as he handed it to her carefully.

"Aren't you going home, Jake?"

Jake took a sip of his drink,
"I want to take care of you."

Yurim muttered softly,
"Is that mean Jina is alone at home, Jake?"

As soon as the name was mentioned, Jake looked away and sighed heavily before taking another sip of his drink. He looked at Yurim again when she held his hand tighter.

"At least go home and tell Jina to take care of herself first, Jake."

"You should let her get worried about you."

Jake shook his head,

"She will ask Namjin to accompany her. You don't need to be worried about her."

Yurim spoke up,

"Jake, please don't hate Han Jina."

"She is always there to heal me, Jake."

"She hurts herself for me."

"She puts her feeling away just to make me feel better."

"So, please don't hate her. She helps me."
