"I should head out. Oh Dae Hyun oppa offered to drive us to his place." Mae said, placing her phone and other necessary things in her purse. She had worn a beautiful red dress over a transparent white blouse; let her straight black hair fall down to her shoulder, and wore light make up on. She looked pretty, like always.

"Did you take everything?" Jay asked, turning back from her table.

Mae checked her purse to make sure she had. "Yeah, took everything."

"Don't forget your gift." Jay pointed her pen at the wrapped box lying on Mae's table.

"Ah, yes. Almost forgot that!" Mae grabbed the box and checked herself on the mirror one last time. "How do I look?"

"Perfect." Jay smiled.

"Are you sure you don't want to go now? I mean, going now would have been easier since Dae Hyun oppa will drive us there."

"I really need to finish this assignment. If I don't finish it now, I know I won't find the time to do it later. But don't worry, it won't take too long. I'll head out in an hour."

"Alright, then. I'll head out now. Don't be too late!" Mae smiled.

"Alright. Text me when you reach there. And take lots of pictures with YeolYeol. Okay?"

"You know I will!" Mae beamed, walking out of their room.

"Why are you not getting up? You need to get ready for Mae's cousin's birthday party. Kyungsoo-ya?" Chanyeol stood in front of the mirror, fixing his hair. He had worn a  dark green jacket over a lighter green T shirt, ripped black pants, and black and green shoes. His dyed brown hair was a bit messy but looked cool.

Kyungsoo, who was lying on his bed, face down, simply groaned at his best friend's question.

"Mwo? (What?) Get up!" Chanyeol smacked Kyungsoo on the rear causing him to groan even more. "What's wrong? Why are you sulking again?"

"Why did it have to be like this?!" Kyungsoo kept groaning.

"What are you even saying?! I can't understand you! Yah! Ir-eona! (Get up!)" He pulled Kyungsoo hard and made him sit up, despite the other boy's complaints. "Now, speak up. What's wrong?" He stood with his hands on his hip.

Kyungsoo only sat with his lips pouted, looking like he was on the verge of crying.

"Yah!" Chanyeol exclaimed.

"He is her thesis advisor." Kyungsoo managed to say in between his whines.

"Who is whose thesis advisor?" Chanyeol was confused.

"Professor Lim. He's Jay's thesis advisor."

"And why is that such a sad news for you?"

"It means they'll meet more often and hangout more!"

"Yah, Do Kyungsoo. What's wrong with meeting your thesis advisor often? He's just her advisor." Chanyeol deadpanned.

"I don't know. I don't like it." Kyungsoo puffed his cheeks.

"You know what, you're just being jealous. That's what the problem is." Chanyeol nodded his head in understanding.

"Mwo!? (What!?) Who's jealous?!" Kyungsoo exclaimed, sitting up straight.

"You are. 'Cause if you weren't, this whole thing wouldn't bother you so much."

"I'm not jealous!" Kyungsoo frowned like a little kid.

"Yes you are. Or else, why would it bother you? Jay has other guy friends too. Like, me."

"But you're you! You have Mae. And you wouldn't—wait, I am not jealous! This doesn't make sense!"
