[130] FORCED MARRIAGE - JIKOOK [COMPLETED]

Finale

Jungkook's and Jimin's parents want them to marry. They were family friends. Jungkook and Jimin were no strangers to each other but not really friends. Once the proposal was put forward, Jungkook asks Jimin to say no to the wedding since he was in a relationship with someone at the time and didn't want to hurt her. Jimin decided to say no but then Lisa, his girlfriend messages him saying that she is thankful for the wedding because she loves someonelse and didn't want to hurt Jungkook. And so in order to save Jungkook from a heartbreak, Jimin says yes to the wedding. Jimin had always liked Jungkook and all he wanted to do was protect the taller. Jungkook of course got angry at this. He wasn't allowed to say no and his family didn't like Lisa for him. 

Lisa had messaged Jungkook before the wedding that she was moving to the states for studies as it was painful for her to stay in the country where he is married.

After the wedding Jungkook was very cold towards the smaller. It hurt Jimin who just wanted at least a humanly interaction with his husband. 

"...please for once, can you treat me like a human? I have feelings too, you know?..."

Those words kinda hurt Jungkook and he sighed as he vowed to himself to be a bit more civil towards Jimin.

Things were smoother than before. Jungkook at least gave Jimin attention when the smaller talked to him and for the first time in years his heart beat fast as he watched his husband properly,  finally. Jimin was beautiful, how could he have missed that? Jimin was great at housekeeping, how did he not notice Jimin turning his dull apartment to a home? Jimin was an excellent chef, how did he not pay attention to the mouth watering dishes before? Jimin kept all his things needed for the office in perfect order, how come he never noticed that? How come he didn't notice that Jimin sang in the shower and how come he didn't know that it was the most angelic voice he has ever heard. How come he didn't realise that he had already fallen for the smaller? 

Jungkook paid attention now and he loved what he saw. He loved what he had. He loved that Park Jimin was Jeon Jimin. He loved it all

Their second anniversary was coming up and he wanted to finally make things right properly. Things were technically smooth between them, but that for an outsider who didn't know they were married, would think they are just good friends. Jungkook wanted a proper husband relationship and for that he wanted the perfect ring, which according to his best friend was in the Pearl shop, USA.

And so Jungkook flies to the US, anyways he had a business meeting to attend there. But he is surprised when he sees that his client's secretary is Lisa, his ex. 

They go out for coffee to catch up

"...I am sorry for hurting you  Lisa…" Jungkook says making Lisa's eyes grow wide "... if I had met you a year ago, maybe I would have left my husband but now I am totally in love with him…"

Lisa gulps as she asks "Jimin never told you, did he?"

"Tell me what?"

Lisa sighs "...we weren't really dating Jungkook. We just called each other boyfriend girlfriend… but we never even kissed… I was technically cheating on you… I didn't know how to break it to you… and I was the one who told Jimin to go ahead with the wedding when he was about to say no…" Jungkook's eyes widen "....he really cares about you… I heard it in his voice when he called me to change my mind and not to hurt you…. He begged me to not break your heart…." A tear rolls off Jungkook's eye "....I left to the states because I couldn't face you once you knew the truth…. I'm surprised that Jimin never told you anything…."

"Oh God Lisa… why didn't you say anything?! I was so rude to him…" Jungkook's voice turns into a whisper
 "Oh my baby, I'm so sorry"

Jungkook returns to Korea with a heavy heart, he felt bad for blaming Jimin all along for Lisa leaving the country when in fact Jimin only wanted to protect him. 

Once he entered his apartment, he went straight to the shower to cool himself. Jimin was preparing their dinner. 

Jimin soon goes to the bedroom to tell Jungkook that the food is ready when he hears Jungkook's phone ring. Jimin searches to see the phone was ringing from Jungkook's pant pocket. He puts his hand inside to feel a box and the phone. 

He opens the box to see an engagement ring, just as the phone pinged with a message from Lisa

Thank you for forgiving me and giving me a chance 

Somehow that broke Jimin's heart. He thought everything was going to go well with him and Jungkook but seeing the ring and Lisa's message - he tears up.

Jungkook gasps when he sees Jimin with the ring 

"I'm sorry for everything Jungkook…" Jimin immediately leaves the room

Jungkook is confused. Didn't he like the ring? He pouts and goes to the ring which Jimin kept on the bed when he sees his phone light up. He checks his phone to see Lisa had message him and his eyes widen - did Jimin think the ring is for Lisa? 

Jungkook runs towards the living room, only a towel covering his lower half

"Jimin!" 

Jimin turns around, his eyes red

"Baby why are you crying?" Jungkook's voice cracks "...I love you… please don't cry"

Jungkook hugs the smaller and Jimin starts crying again "...I'm sorry for being selfish but I want you to be mine…. Only" Jimin manages to say,his voice muffled into Jungkook's chest 

Jungkook smiles as he pulls away to wipe Jimin's tears "Then be selfish. I'm only yours" 

"What about Lisa?" Jimin is confused

Jungkook chuckles, tears still falling at times from his eyes "She is barely my past Jimin… you are my present and future…" 

Jimin gasps when Jungkook goes down on one knee,  holding out the ring he had seen earlier "Jimin…. I love you, have been loving you for a year now… please believe me when I say you are it for me…." Jungkook  smiles "So Jimin, will you marry me again if you had the choice?"

Jimin’s eyes tear up again as he nods his head "Yes, of course I will"

Jungkook puts the ring on Jimin’s finger, kissing the hand before standing up

"Thank you…. I love you so much Jimin"

"I love you too Jungkook" Jimin says closing his eyes to receive the sweet kiss from his husband 

They kiss passionately for a while, both their bodies rubbing against each other as the kiss intensifies before Jimin pulls away

Jungkook is breathless as he watches Jimin’s wet lips 

"What?" Jungkook didn't catch anything Jimin just said 

"I… uhm… your towel.." Jimin's face is red 

Jungkook looks down to realize that he was completely naked - the towel had come off while they were making out

Jungkook smirks looking at Jimin "I think it is a sign" he says suddenly lifting Jimin into his arms making the smaller yelp 

"...you don't mind do you?" Jungkook looks at Jimin lovingly "...that I make love to my lovely husband?"

Jimin nods shyly, burying his head into Jungkook's chest as the taller carries him into their bed room

"I love you Jimin"

"I love you too Jungkook" Jimin squeaks when he feels himself on the bed
