Angelica and Stephen met back when he first came to heal his hands.. she was his mentor as well as Mordo. They both helped the Ancient one teach Stephen.. during that time, Angelica and Stephen fell in love and started to date.
Also during that time, Stephen got his hands on the Eye of Agomotto but with only half the Time infinity stone in it. The Eye is now in possession of Stephen, the Cloak of Levitation also chose Stephen when he got in a fight with Kaecilius. The Cloak helped protect him.
The other half of the Time stone is in a necklace. The Hand of Agomotto.. it's a necklace with a Hand charm and the stone sits in the palm of the hand, giving Angelica incredible power. The Hand is in the possession of Angelica. Angelica has the power of a Sorcerer, the power of invisibility and the power to control the elements(fire,earth,water,air)
The Time stone is a very powerful stone. One person cannot wield the whole stone so it was split in half. Only a special weapon, like a gauntlet can allow a person to wield the whole stone. (Just completely made that up)
Angelica Is the Chosen One.. which means, her half of the time stone is connected to her, she has magic in her blood. She was born that way.. if the stone is destroyed or taken from the Hand.. she can and will die.

THIS WILL PROBABLY BE A SHORT STORY AND THE TIMELINE IS GONNA START OFF WITH AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR AND GO INTO ENDGAME.
MAYBE ILL GO BACK AND DO A WHOLE STORY OF JUST THE DOCTOR STRANGE MOVIE.
