HARLEY'S POV

I woke up nowhere I expected, I woke in the Salvatore Mausoleum, beside a plaque labeled Jade Salvatore 2011. I looked around confused about what had happened, I was even more confused by the fact I was no longer pregnant. I placed my hand on my stomach confused about when I had my children and confused about where they were. I walked around the mausoleum trying to regain my baring when I heard Damon talking to Jade. He was saying, "Okay so I know we've had our differences but-," He stopped once he saw me and looked like he saw a ghost. "Hey, Damon." He smiled spending over to me giving me a hug, as he pulled away he said, "How are you here?" I shook my head, "I don't know, I... what happened Damon? Where are my children? Are they alive? Why is there a plaque with Jade's name on it?" He took a deep breath, "Let's go home and well talk okay?" I was still confused, "Damon, what happened to me?" He just said, "We'll talk once we get home." I followed Damon to his car not too happy with the answer of 'we'll talk once home', I started to think he just didn't know what happened to me. 

Once at the Salvatores, we walked in and I heard Bonnie talking, "I just put her down for a nap." Who did she put down for a nap? Were my children here? I walked into the living, nervous for some reason. Damon stopped me before I walk in, "Hey guys, so I found someone." He walked in grabbing my hand leading me into the living room I was happy to see Klaus sitting on the couch of the Salvatore's, once he saw me he was on his feet within a second. He vamp-speed towards me holding me close to him before kissing me passionately. "You're back. How?" I shook my head, "I don't know. What happened? Where are our kids?" He pulled away from me just enough to see my face as he said, "They're fine. They're perfectly fine." 

I was too focused on Klaus and our kids to realize that Stefan, Bonnie, Caroline, Alaric, and Rebekah were all in the room, all very confused but happy I was back. Klaus and I sat back down on the couch as Caroline asked me, "What happened? Where were you?" I didn't fully know where I was but I knew what it was like. "I was somewhere dark, I was alone for what felt like an eternity. Before I woke up in the Mausoleum, Carol came to me in the dark place and told me it wasn't my time and then mausoleum. How long was I gone? Why was there a plaque with Jade's name on it? What happened to her?" Klaus let out a sigh saying, "Well, love you were gone for six months. As for Jade she sort of just died, yesterday." I was in shock as my eyes widened tears forming in them, "What do you mean she just died? How does a vampire witch hybrid just die? I don't understand." "I don't know, love, but it was very weird. It makes no sense." he said shaking his head. "where's Kai? I figured he'd live in the mausoleum" I said slightly chuckling "Well, he's investigated her death since he got over the initial shock of her death. He's been in there with her since she got put there, but he left a little before Damon went." "Oh," I said sadly, "I'm just really confused," I said laying my head on his shoulder "that's okay, we all are." 

We just sat there for a little bit Klaus never letting go of my hand, sort of like if he let go I would disappear into nothing or like I was a dream. Which to be fair it would be the least crazy thing about today if I woke up and this was all a bad dream. As we sat there I heard crying, I raised my head from Klaus' shoulder at the sound of a baby, my baby. Rebekah stood up saying, "I'll get him." I shook my head standing, "No, I'll do it. It's my baby." I watched her roll her eyes as I let go of Klaus's hand heading upstairs to where my children were. 

I walked into the room where the crying was coming from, seeing three small cribs lining a wall, the middle one had the baby who was crying. I picked him up holding him close to me as I rocked him slowly to calm him down. He almost instantly calmed down, I held him not carrying that someone else had entered the room. It was Bonnie as she said, "That one's Jaden," I turned to face her smiling, "I thought you might like to know what they named your kids in your absence." I laughed a bit nodding as she contorted, "He is Jaden Henry, his brother is Holden Archer, and their sister is Boston Lee." I smiled, "He went with the names I wanted, I didn't even tell him though." She laughed, "Well you told Jade and she told him." As he fell back asleep I placed him back into his crib heading back downstairs where everyone was. 

When I walked in I saw Kai sitting on the couch talking to Damon, "hi Kai," I said smiling, a look of confusion and anger flashed across his face, "how? why are you here?" "well, I don't fully know, all I know is I woke up in the mausoleum beside Jade's plaque, whatever happened to her she didn't deserve it she was a great friend and my best friend," I said placing my hand on his shoulder and sitting down beside him but he moved away and turned to me angrily pointing his finger at me, "don't talk about Jade. You don't deserve to," he got up from the couch abruptly and left. I was shocked, he never had been angry with me. I knew he would be upset by why was he upset with me, I hadn't done anything to him or really anyone in the past 6 months. This day was just getting weirder and weirder.
