On Monday morning I walk into principal Daniels's office. I sit down in one of his chairs and stare at the pictures on his office walls.
"You took most of those." Principal Daniels announces
"Anyway, what do you need?" He asks
"Early graduation, like Friday early, I got a job offer to be a photographer with the PRCA," I explain
"Done," Principal Daniels says
"That easy?" I question
"That easy, this has been your dream job since you were a freshman." He tells me
"Thank you, so much," I say and walk out of the office
I take out my phone and call Rick back, he picks up on the second ring.
"Good to hear back from you miss Pearce," Rick says
"I'll take the job but my boyfriend has to come with me," I demand
"Does he have any association with rodeos?" Rick asks
"No, but he can break up fights," I reply
"Good enough, bring him along," Rick speaks and hangs the phone up
I walk to my second class of the day, math, it has a lot of people that I don't like in it.
"Oh my god, when are you going to leave this place?" Mike asks
"Well as of this Friday, you won't have to deal with me anymore," I respond and sit down
"You're actually leaving?" Lucas questions
"Yep, I got a job offer as a photographer for the PRCA," I say
"Ok." They say and shut up
