008: in where felix has one-on-one time with you.
FELIX TOSSED AND TURNED, the contents of their zoom call, stuck in his mind. what if she's catching feelings? what if i ask her out and find out she's already dating akari? he was simply worried, akari truly seemed like a nice girl, he was anxious about the past. and how it hurt you, along with him. just forget about it. it won't matter. dating ban. remember?
felix tugged his blanket, pulling it up to his shoulders. "hey. be quiet will you? i'm trying to sleep." changbin complained, wanting to get his beauty sleep. "oh shut up. you just wanna get sleep so you can see akari." felix rolled his eyes, seeing right through his bullshit excuse. "both of you shut up. i'm trying to finish this k-drama." the two men laid in their beds quietly, a faint sound of a woman talking through chan's headphones.
felix sat up almost immediately, his nose smelling the sweet aroma of pancakes. "ahhh. it smells so good." he rubbed his eyes, taking out the morning few out. groggily getting out of bed, he made his way to the bathroom to wash his face. he sung a mindless tune, not paying attention to his bed head.
he looked around the room, seeing if changbin and chan were awake. he found no one but him in the room, so he went straight downstairs to get food. the aroma of the pancakes grew stronger, and the sizzling of eggs and bacon were to be found. "ooh. it smells good!!" felix exclaimed, the excitement clear on his face.
chan and minho looked at him, "it smells good because we aren't burning down the dorm." minho deadpanned at him. "hey!!!! that was once. and it wasn't even that bad." changbin snickered, "you burned ramen." jeongin laughed, remembering the colorful memory of felix burning his ramen. "all of you woke up and chose violence. i hope your legs get eaten by the demon." felix clearly being annoyed.
"just for that i'm not giving you bacon." chan snickered at felix, getting back at him. "wait no don't do that. we are both from australia. i consider that a hate crime." felix grabbed onto chan's arm, shaking it, trying to get his beloved bacon back. chan rolled his eyes, giving up. "alright alright. i was joking anyways."
the eight boys had breakfast, enjoying the american breakfast. "wahhh this is super yummy!!! this is a great day to start off the new year." jeongin broke the comfortable silence, exclaiming how good the breakfast was. seungmin smiled, enjoying the food in silence.
an hour passed, and all eight of the boys were lounging around, doing their own thing.
hmmm i should call (y/n). wait. wouldnt that be too soon??? we just called yesterday. wait but- felix's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a blender. brrrrrrzzzzzz "i was in the middle of my-" brrrrzzzzzzzzz "fine. fine. i'll go in my room and sulk." felix wasn't talking to anyone in particular, making him look a bit crazy.
