Sometimes I wonder how have life been treating you
If you're doing better since the last time I spoke to you.
Have you achieved your goals.
Have your life become whole?
Have you become the best version of you?
Have met someone?
How long did it take you to move on?
Are you in love are you happy?
Does my curiosity seem authentic?
Or do I seen lovesick?
Then I straighten my glasses and slick back my hair.
Check my reflection, tend to myself with care.
Remind myself... even though I never really forgot
"You're one in a million" and that's saying a lot.
You are beautiful, intelligent and refine
You age with grace, mature like fine wine.
You don't need anyone, you have God by your side
Your awesomeness is too bright to hide.
Yea you wonder those things but it doesn't mean you're weak
There is nothing wrong with wanting to know,
You have a curious streak.
And just cause you're curious doesn't means you want him back
Honey please...you are a full deck...the whole damn pack
You are driven... moving forward in everything you do
And lets be honest he was the one that lost a gem when he lost you 😎
