Chapter 1

Starfire's POV

"You wanna pass me but you can't pass me! You can't pa- You passed me!" Cyborg said in shock when Beastboy pushed his rocket to the side "I passed you and.... Nitro!" beastboy shouted merrily as he twirled in happines and glued his eyes back to the screen where they are playing the games of video.

"Looks fun! May I try?" I asked Cyborg and Beastboy but they said "Sorry Star but this is a bit too violent for your innocent green eyes...." a hint of guilt in their voices.

With that, I left and went to Raven's room to talk to her or have the girl time. "Friend Raven?" I knocked on her door. "What?" Raven said with her door, half open, to at least see half her face. "May I spend time with you? Or do the painting of the toe nails or maybe the-" I stopped when Raven interrupted "No." that was all she said and shut her door.

That's three friends..... One last friend left.. Hopefully he doesn't reject me....

I walked towards Robin's office and knocked on the door,"Friend Robin?" I did not hear an answer so I opened the door to see Robin studying more about Slade since our last battle with him.

"Friend Robin? May you perhaps do the hanging out with me?" I asked shyly. "I'm sorry Star but I am busy right now. We can do it another time." he said looking at photos of Slade and police reports about the sighting of him.

"Another time...." I mumbled to myself as I walked out the door sadly.

I walked straight to my room and lay on my bed thinking about why they do not want to do the hang out with me and other things.

All of a sudden, I heard a light tap on my window and I looked at the window to see a shadowy figure. I've seen it before after the battle with the Red X. The figure then asks me to open the window to let it in, "Hi cutie. How have you been? Can you let me in?" . I walked up to the window and opened it. I was surprise to see who the shadowy figure was. It was the Red X.

I raised my hands and starbolts starts glowing so I told him "My friends will not allow anyone they do not know into my room..... Especially a criminal." I said as stern as I can to hide my fear. "I came hear to give you attention. Do you want that? Or should I just leave?" The Red X said as he started climbing out the window "No! Stop!" I shouted as quietly as I can so my friends won't hear me. "I don't want to be the alone.." I said as I sobbed softly. I felt a strong pair of hands wrap around my small body. The hands belongs to those of Red X.

"I'm here.... It's ok...." he cooed "tell me everything." he ended his sentence as he let go of my body and held my hands tightly as I held onto his hands and we sat on the edge of my bed and I told him everything. After the conversation, I felt a bit more less lonely.

"I think I better go..." Red X said sadly and when he let go of my hands, I held his hands tighter than ever and pleaded him not to go. "Relax cutie," when he said that nickname, I relaxed a little bit but still holding onto his hands "I'll be here tomorrow night again." he continued as he cupped my face and gave me a goodnight kiss on my forehead. I blushed slightly.

With that, he left and I went straight to sleep thinking about him.

And after that night, he went into my room every night and I will tell him all my problems and he will comfort me.
