i want to address a few things:
1. the subject of slavery is obviously included in this story but nothing explicit is described and i try my best to respect the topic because of everything it's effected
[and if it's not already obvious, i myself am a black person]
2. i personally can not stand canon billy andrews buttttt this is a reimagined version of him that has a lot of character development
3. although i set up my character with billy, this story is not 100% focused on that. it's a big part of the plot but i would like to focus on my oc
