- by being fully submerged underwater they can turn into a Syren with a tail the color of their hair or eyes, but they can will it when they touch water, but when they are fully submerged underwater it will happen whether they like it or not.
-When they sing they can control anyone to do the things that they sing, and it will last for a minute before it wears off.
-the owner of this quirk will always be a woman.
-they are able to control all water no matter how small the mass is, which enables the user to also control anything that has water in/on it.
-they are able to change the colors of their hair, eyes, and scales. They will also be born with beautiful features and the color that suits their personality the most.
-The body of the user has patches of scales on their body and gills on their neck.
-Will be able to breath underwater in syren form or not.
- If the user is not in water for at least any hour every day the user will bleed uncontrollably
