It was Marco. He rode up toward the campsite. He saw me and smiled. He steered the horse over to the tent I was in. "You wanna ride?" He asked as he came to a stop. "But I look horrible." I told him. He smiled at me. "You always look beautiful to me." He said while blushing. "Thanks." I said while blushing like a tomato. I looked away so that he couldn't see my face. He reached out his hand and I grabbed it while still looking away. He must have noticed because as soon as I was behind him, he lifted up my chin with his hand. He saw that I was blushing and he started smirking. "Shut up." I told him while looking down again. "Admit it, you love me." He said while riding off into the forest. "You wish." I said while laughing. I could tell he was up to something. Which I was right. He started to pick up speed. "Better hold on tight. Put your arms around me, so you have a better grip." He told me. I hesitated at first, but I finally got my arms around him. I could tell he was blushing. He picked up speed again and we went up the side of a hill. We started getting higher and higher and we finally got to the top. We were up about 50 feet. From the top of the hill you could see everything. Pikes peak was right in front of us about 1 mile. You could see Colorado Springs. It was beautiful. "Breath taking right?" He said staring at the view. "Ya, it's amazing." I told him. "Well we should probably head back now." He said while turning around. We started going downhill. We picked up speed and I slammed forward onto Marco. My head was on his shoulder and there was no space between us. I was practically hugging him. My heart started racing. We were picking up speed and there was a drop coming up. I was getting scared. I hid my face in the crook of his neck and I hugged him tightly. He picked up speed once again and I felt as the horse jumped. We hit the ground and the horse came to a sudden stop. When we stopped Marco started chuckling. "Are you really that scared, we are already back at the campsite?" He told me. I realized I still had my face in the crook of his neck. I pulled back my face and blushed. "Sorry, but don't ever scare me like that again." I told him. Marco slid off of the horse. I turned so I could face him. I was about 6 feet off the ground. I kept trying to get where I could jump off the horse, but Ive never done it before. Marco held out his arms. "Jump, I'll catch you." He told me. I jumped and landed on him. He caught me but lost Balance and fell backwards with me on top of him. He looked at me. I started laughing. "Sorry, here let me help you up." I said while getting up. I reached out my hand and he pulled me back down on top of him. "I like it better this way." He told me. I blushed. I turned my head. "Hey don't hide you face, I don't like it when you hide your face." He told me while moving my chin to face him. He saw that I was blushing. He flipped us over and now he was on top of me. He smirked because I was still blushing. He decided to tease me. He leaned in close to me. He leaned in so close that our lips were centimeters away. He breathed on me. His hot breath was giving me shivers. I didn't realize it at first but he started to lean in again. Seconds later our lips connected. After about 30 seconds we pulled away from lack of oxygen. He rested his forehead on mine. We smiled like idiots. "Sorry about that. " He said while blushing. He got up and held out his hand. I grabbed it and got up. We walked back to the campsite and Marco and I intertwined our fingers. I grabbed my stuff and Marco gave me one of his walkie-talkies. "Whats this for?" I asked him. "So we can talk to eachother, Im pretty sure you don't have a phone." He told me. I smiled at him. "Thanks." I told him. We started to walk back over toward the horse. I hopped on and so did Marco. We rode off and went to my house.
