2 years later.

Another morning sun rose once again upon the residents of the boarding school, over the years many things have changed, people changed, the school itself changed and everything was okay.

For the time being.

"We just got back, I'm so tired I don't think I can." Violet sighed and rolled her eyes at Jade. They had just got back from fishing. It became the normal for the two of them to go fishing whenever they needed to.

"Pleassseee Vi do this for me!" Jade whined and grabbed Violet's arm to stop her in her tracks.

"I wish I could but I can't now, maybe tomorrow?" Violet looked at her face pleadingly as well.

"Fine. You promised." Jade let go of her and sighed in defeat.

"Don't be sad, it's gonna be awesome trust me." Violet smiled and tried to cheer her up.

"Whatever." Jade turned around to walk away but Violet grabbed her arm and stopped her.

"Hey, don't be mad at me." Violet said and pouted.

"I can never be mad at you Vi, it just feels like lately you don't have enough time for me." Jade looked away and frowned.

"It's not that, but you know I care about you right?"

"I do, and because of that I just feel upset." Jade explained and looked sadly at Violet.

"You're my best friend, I don't ever want you to feel like that." Violet said to Jade who hugged her tightly and smiled at her.

"I know, I'll see ya." Jade said and left.

She kept her smile until Violet was out of sight, but then her smiled faded and her heartbreak was evident, over the years she had developed more strong and deep feelings for Violet but she never confessed to her. The two became really best friends and bonded over mutual misery and shared interests, it was hard for Violet to befriend her and open up to her but eventually Jade managed to break through to her and a strong friendship developed between the two.

But Jade wanted more, she always did. She tried to be reasonable and push her feelings away but no matter how hard she did, it just never worked and seeing Violet everyday in the arms of another really broke her and she didn't know how long she could take this.

Jade was a strong person who always spoke her mind and thought in a tactical brilliant way but when it came to her heart and desires, she had no idea what to do.

And what made it worse is that no one knew about it, not to her knowledge anyway, and it hurt her even more that she couldn't talk to anyone about it and get it off her chest.

She always had Donna by her side...but after what happened two years ago, she had nobody. Lincoln was there with her, but he was bad news and not hearing from him ever since made her lose sleep at night but it had been so long that she finally started to collect herself and forget about him and everyone from that police station.

Violet was making her way to her destination with a smile on her face, she was happy to have Jade around and was even happier with the friendship that started between them, Jade had made her realize how much she needed that kind of friendship and was missing it, she wasn't aware before but now that she had that kind of support in her life she wasn't willing to take it for granted.

She reached her destination and didn't bother to knock on the door, she opened it and was greeted with a gasp from her lover.

"Jeez Vi I thought you were someone else!" Clementine said with surprise, holding her shirt over her bare chest.
