Fitz saw Luna and Cloud banging on the glass and neighing outside of Everdream so he went to confront them.
"What is wrong with you two?" Fitz asked
HELP! SOPHIE! DANGER!
Luna's voice blared in his mind. Cloud sent him a picture of 4 walls of Balefire!

"FITZ! WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!?!" Sandor shouted
"Sophie's in trouble, I'm getting her
The alicorns raced across the pastures and gardens of Everdream and finally reached 4 walls of blue balefire.
"SOPHIE!??!" Fitz shouted
No answer.
Is she in there?
YES! SOPHIE! HELP! DANGER!
Luna screamed
Fitz closed his eyes and slowly and surely lifted Sophie out of the box of fire with his telekinesis.
He quickly set her on the ground and tried examining her. They were to far away to walk home. They couldn't light-leap.....
Fly? Fly us home so that we can help Sophie?
Fitz desperately needed Luna to say yes
YES!
Luna kneeled down and Fitz was about to climb on with Sophie when Cloud blocked his path.
"Move." Fitz told the white alicorn.
NO!
Cloud kneeled down instead. Of course! Luna shouldn't be carrying extra weight! Fitz climbed on to Cloud and they raced off towards Everdream's main building.
Sweat was whipped away from Fitz's neck as he rode on Cloud. Luna was right beside them, making sure that Sophie wouldn't fall.
Right before they reached Everdream the sky split in half. Cloud screeched to a halt and Luna looked up expectantly.
Two alicorns drifted down from the sky.
"Silveny?!?! Greyfell?!?!?!" Fitz yelled as the alicorns came close enough to recognize.
"Nevermind, Cloud go!" Fitz yelled and they raced off, Luna, Silveny, and Greyfell at his heels.
They reached the house and Fitz hopped off, carrying Sophie in his arms. Silveny nudged Sophie's limp arm and neighed.
Fitz carried Sophie into the house and layed her on the couch. Kenny screamed when he saw his mother's burns. Lily and Calla raced in and when they saw their mother's burns they screamed louder then Kenny.
"Mommy!" Calla wailed. The youngest Vacker wasn't handling the stress.
"Calla go get the bath ready with cold water" Fitz told her.
She nodded and ran of with tears streaming down her face.
"Not too cold!" Fitz called after Calla
Elwin arrived seconds later and he burst in, kneeling down next to Sophie and setting down his bag.
"How did this happen?" He demanded, flashing a blue orb around Sophie's burns.
"I don't know. Luna and Cloud sent me an image of 4 walls of Balefire. Then they led me there so I used my telekinesis to get her out." Fitz explained
"She'll be ok right." Kenny asked
"She's been through worst." Elwin sighed
"She's going to be ok." Fitz told Lily and Kenny, pulling them into a bear hug.
This time they didn't resist. They simply hugged him back.
"Can you put her in a cold bath?" Elwin asked, taking off his spectacles.
"Calla!" Fitz called.
Calla came tromping down the stairs.
"Is the bath ready?" He asked
"Yes." The 5 - year old said, staring at her mother.
"Good." Fitz said.
Fitz carefully scooped Sophie into his arms and carried her upstairs. Elwin followed him.
"Ummmm the clothe's part." Fitz mumbled embarrassedly.
"Ahead of you. Can you put this on her and then put her in the bath?" Elwin asked, handing him a swimsuit onesie.
Fitz nodded, closed the door and quickly changed Sophie into the swimsie. Fitz gently put her in the cold bath.
Elwin came in.
"Good." He said
Sophie's body jerked and she coughed. Fitz rushed to the side of the bath.
"Fitz?" She spluttered, her eyes fluttering open.
"Are you ok?" Fitz asked, grabbing her hand.
"C....Co...Cold" She said, and Fitz could hear her teeth chatter.
"You were caught in this box of Balefire. It had four walls of Balefire surrounding you. Thank god Luna and Cloud came to get me." Fitz told her, his worry crease becoming deeper and deeper
Sophie's cheeks turned red when she realized she was in a bath.
"Don't worry. Fitz changed you into a swimsie." Elwin assured her, pointing out to her that she wasn't wearing her tunic.
"Thanks honey." Sophie said, kissing Fitz's cheek
"Anytime." Fitz answered
"Do you remember anything?" Elwin asked
"I called Luna and Cloud into their cot. And a few minutes later I left and then out of nowhere 4 walls of fire trapped me in. I called for help and so I'm assuming that Luna and Cloud found me." Sophie told him.
"Ok." Elwin said
"How are Luna and Cloud?"
"They're good. I'm pretty sure that Luna called Silveny and Greyfell 'cause they're here too." Fitz told her.
"Can I see them!?" Sophie asked. She hadn't seen Silveny and Greyfell for some time.
"Sure!" Fitz said at the same time that Elwin said
"Wait in the bath a few more minutes."
"Meanwhile. There are quite a few people that would like to see you." Fitz said.
"Not when I'm in the bath." Sophie whined
"Fine. I think you're good to go." Elwin sighed
"I think you broke your record" He muttered
"Thank you Elwin." Fitz and Sophie thanked Elwin and he left.
Sophie changed into her tunic and sat on her and Fitz's bed while Fitz made everbody take turns to see Sophie.
