Overrated (Remade)

Chapter Six

"Hey, lee!"

A girl with pink hair yelled from down the hall. 

It was late by now, Lee had taken Gaara to dinner and dropped by his house to grab some things. Now they were walking down a dimly lit hallway in a hotel 5 hours from his house. He didn't mind all that much. 

As they got closer Gaara examined the girl a bit closer.

She looked to be a bit taller than Gaara. Her hair cut at shoulder length, A tattoo on her forehead, and her clothes made Gaaras' eyes burn. 

"Sakura! Hello! Is everyone else here?"

She nodded. "yes! Who's this you brought?"

"Oh- I am sorry- This Gaara! I met him at the concert on Friday"

Sakura snickered. "oh- I see" she held a hand out for Gaara to shake.

"Hey, Gaara! I'm Sakura Haruno!"

Gaara shook her hand and nodded. "nice to meet you"

When they finished the introduction Lee spoke up.

"So how have you guys not gotten banned from here yet?"

Sakura laughed. Wiping a tear from her eye. "we just got here- I'm sure we won't even be able to spend the night"

Lee chuckled. "oh I see"

Sakura smiled. "Anyways! Room 302, 304, 305 and 307 are all ours"

Gaara wondered why they would need so many rooms, and how they even convinced the owners of the hotel to let them all in. Surely they'd have some hotel ban if they caused as much trouble as lee had said they did. 

"When's Kiba coming?" Sakura asked. She flipped her loose hair out of her face.

"In probably an hour or so" lee shrugged.

"Oh alright! Go say hi. They've been dying to see you"

Lee nodded and lead Gaara into the room sakura had gestured they were all in. The door was thick and it was one amongst the many Sakura had said she rented.

"Hey, guys!"

"Bushy brows!!" Naruto threw an arm around lee's shoulder.

Even though Lee was taller than most of his friends, they somehow always found a way to tease him.

"Hello Naruto-" lee laughed.

"What's up- hey- who's that?" Naruto pointed a finger at Gaara.

Gaara sighed. "I'm Gaara... Lee's friend" he paused between that. He wasn't sure if lee considered him a friend but he just rolled with it. Lee had to of at least somewhat liked him to bring him to this event.

"Oh- hey Gaara! I'm Naruto!" 

Gaara nodded. "Nice to meet you"

When Naruto finally started talking to Lee again. Gaara took in his surroundings. It was a normal hotel room. 

Except for it was already trashed and blankets were thrown recklessly around the room. There were people on every corner of the room talking. Not to mention the early 2000's music playing.  Gaara thought he'd never hear half these songs again.

It made him feel a bit nostalgic.

"So we're just waiting for Kiba now right?" Naruto asked.

Lee nodded. "according to Sakura- Yes."
