a new beginning

         

A/N: before getting into this story I just wanted to say none of these characters or pictures are mine

         kenma and kuroo were walking home from school like they do everyday but today was different. Kuroo was finally going to ask out kenma. He has been wanting to do this for a while but he has never had the guts to do it but today he finally told himself that he was going to. So when they finally got to kenmas house kuroo asked if he could come in. 

As always kenma was on his games not paying any attention to what he black haired friend was saying so he just said “sure” and they both continued to walk to the house and go into kenma’s bedroom they both sat on kenma’s bed and kenma continued to play his games. 

After a while kuroo started to bug kenma into paying attention to him kenma ignored him until finally kuroo got a slight glance from kenma and kuroo hurried up and took kenma’s game from his best friend and put it above his head making it so his game obsessed friend couldn't get it back. “Give it back” Kenma yelled. “not until u pay attention to me first” kuroo replied. Kenma kept trying to get the game out of kuroo’s hand but kuroo was high.

 Eventually the pudding hair boy gave up and started to walk to the kitchen to find some food. “Kenma, where are u going?” Kuroo asked, confused. “Just to the kitchen jeez” kenma said back to him. Kenma continued to the kitchen trying to find something to eat but just decided to get a cup of ramen and put it in the microwave.

 *beep* kenma walked over to it and grabbed it out of the microwave. “FUCK” kenma yelled in pain, kuroo ran out of the room to see why kenma yelled “what happened!!” kuroo said in a panic “i just burnt my hand on the noodles im fine calm down” kenma said  in reply “why did u touch it when u knew it was going to be hot” kuroo said “its fine im fine why is it such a big deal it’s just a burn” Kenma said “it just scared me ok” Kuroo said  “well can i have my game back yet” Kenma exclaimed “no u havent paid any attention to me yet” Kuroo said “why do u even want attention from me” Kenma said annoyed and confused “i-i just d-do ok” kuroo said nervously

 “ok whatever” Kenma said confused on what kuroo was hiding from him “so u actually gonna give me attention instead of your stupid games!!” Kuroo said excited “yea plus u wont give me back my “stupid games” so might as well, what did u even want to do?” Kenma said “we could cuddle and watch a movie?” Kuroo said looking at kenma to see if he was to forward about it or if he liked that idea *Kenma starts blushing* “o-ok” Kenma said nervously. 
They put on a movie and cuddled up next to each other. 

About half way through the movie Kenma asked “why did u even want to watch a movie kuroo?” “isn't it obvious” kuroo said looking at kenma “no just tell me why” kenma said looking at kuroo “... idk i-” kuroo didn’t know what to say or how to explain it “come on spit it out” kenma said “i- i like u ok” kuroo said flustered and started to blush “u-u what” kenma said starting to get red “i like u ok” kuroo said looking away “i-i l-like you too” kenma says hugging kuroo and burying his face in kuroo’s chest. 
Kuroo hugs back and they stay there for a few minutes, both trying to savor the moment. After breaking the hug they looked at the clock and realized what time it was it was 10:00 p.m. so kuroo ended up just staying at kenma’s house so they ended up just cuddling each other and going to sleep.
