Chapter 14: Break Your Little Heart

~Mike's P.O.V~ 

I sat in the living room of Julia's house with Dakota, Jaime, Vic, and Tony. 

We were watching Harry Potter, with it being my favorite movie, for some reason i wasnt intrigued, my mind was roaming about something else, or should i say someone else. I glanced over to the love seat where Dakota and Jaime sat, Dakota's legs drapped across Jaimes lap with his hands rested on her calfs. I looked over to the couch that sat aross the room from the love seat. There sat Vic on the right, Tony on the left, and Julia in the middle. I could feel the awkward tention. I sighed and shook my head, flipping around to get comfortable to try to focus of the movie. After about a half hour or so i sat up, streched and yawning at the same time. Only to be surprised by a fluffy red pillow being thrown across the room and meeting my face. My arms and eyebrows dropped imediantly.

"Hey man," I looked around with accusing eyes, "What was that for?" I continued to look around, glaring at everyone when my eye was cought by a suspicious black haired someone who crossed her arms, whisling a distracting tune while looking up aimlessly. I turned, fixing my glare onto her. Just to find myself being hit with another fluffy red pillow, except it came from the other side of the room. I turned around with vast speed looking at Dakota with accusing eyes. 

"You." I glared and pointed at Dakota's cute little face. "You tradior, you." 

Dakota's hand flew to her chest as she gasped. "Hurtful!" With that she got up and ran toward me with a pillow as her weapon. Once she got up to me she wacked me multiple times in various places and soon enough Julia joined her. 

"AHHHH I surrender." i screamed as i dropped to my knees. They paused and Julia asked, "Do you think he learned his lesson?" Their hands found their chins as they pondered the question.

"Hmmm," Dakota said and looked at Julia, "I dont know yet." Julia looked at me as Dakota wacked me again, making me fall on my face, i rolled over. Next thing i know shes tackling me on the floor and hitting me with a pillow at the same time. She paused, straddling me.

"I hope that hurt," She stuck her tounge out, getting in my face. 

"Ahem," Jaime cleared his throat. "Well... im gonna go get some drinks, drinks? Yes?" He got up with Julia trailing after him, pulling Tony along screaming "Drinks! YAS! DRINKSSS! A L C O H O L, YAS!"  Vic chuckled and got up to tag along. 

I looked up at Dakota as she whispered, "Do you wanna go get some drinks too?" 

I chuckled and anwered, "No, but i do wanna do this." i grabbed her waist and flipped her over so i was on top and without blinking i rushed my face up to her and our lips met. In the moments following she kissed back. I dont know how long we stayed like that but too soon we were interupted by someone clearing their throat. I looked up to see Julia holding two red cups.

"Sorry to interupt but if you wanna get any further then that tonight then she'll need this." Julia laughed, handing me the two cups and returning to the kitchen. 

~Jaime P.O.V~

I stomped into the kitchen to get alcohol because with the scene i just witnessed, it was much needed. Hearing Julia scream "DRINKS! YAS DRINKSSSS ALCOHOL, YAS!" And dragging Tony along kinda made me feel a little better, because lets face it, i was the stupid one who didnt make a move. She probably doesnt even like me. I was pulled out of my inner thoughts by Julia screaming as she put her phone away.

"GUYS! I HAVE COOKED UP AN IDEA IN MY THINKER THINK THHING THing... thingie... what?" She got a confused look on her face, along with putting one on Tonys, Vics and mine as well. 

"Um what?" Tony laughed.

"I dont know but anyway," She clapped. "Dakota's cousin, Alyssa, is at the party. Therefore we should go back since its like two blocks away and my drunk ass aint drivin'!" 

"I like this girl, where has she been our whole lives?" Tony said as he followed Vic and Julia back into the living room to tell Mike and Dakota the plan. 

We all sat on the couch and Julia launched into her idea.

"Wait, so why do we have to go back to the party again?" I asked, sitting up.

"Because i said so, asshole." Julia said, i got a hurt look on my face before she spoke again. "Justttt kiddinggg. Because i just wanna go back to the party and make sure my brother isnt doing anything stupid." She smiled.

"Even though hes a year older then you." Dakota giggled.

"Im down." Tony said. 

"Of course you are idiot, youre drunk and youre hard core crushin', therefore you'll go anywhere with this batshit crazy woman!" I said in a hateful tone. He glared at me.

"Just because the girl you like doesnt nessasarely like you doesnt mean that you have to be hateful." He spat. 

"Oh really? How do you know the girl youre like even likes you?" I threw my hands up.

"Because i can do this and she wont freak out!" With that he turned to Julia and crashed his lips on hers. 

"Well then..." Julia pulled away.

"Ahem.. are you two done bickering so we can leave?" Vic asked.

"Yeah, lets go." Dakota got up and stormed out. Everyone got up and followed, but Mike was hot on her trail.

"Who pissed in her cherios?" I heard Julia whisper to Tony, causing him to chuckle.

"I think Jaime did." Vic answer for Tony.

Well shit. I think i just fucked up big time.
