Luce's POV
(Week before Christmas)
I finish packing quickly and make sure my hair looks good before dashing out to the great hall. My trunk floating behind me lagging slightly. Soal and Hunter are drinking hot chocolate with crooked grins. While Alex munches on a cookie. They look at me and get up from their tables. "Headmaster's." they say grins still shining. "Why? I mean you put rat in Snake's breakfast from which it took a crap and he ate it but why?" I smirk at them. "Don't worry about that we are already serving our shitty detention. I dunno it's suppose to be something big." Says Soal with a charming smile. We march up to the office curiosity erupting inside me. "Snitch." Says Hunter. "We were here yesterday for stealing a polyjuice potion." He continues. "Wonderful." I mumble. "Was up Laquifa? Cat got your tongue?" I ask Alex using the nickname we gave each other a few weeks back. Soal is Shaquamba, I'm Izamar and Hunter is Paquamba. "Nah and nothin just nervous." He smiles at his nickname though. We get on the stone escalator and meet that C guy with Professor McGonagall. On her desk is four oddly shaped devices. "Welcome. You all remember Chiron I hope." We nod. "Good, we have gathered you all here because of your identity again." She pauses. "You are all realm travelers." She announces and waves us all over to look at the devices. "These devices here will be your transport. It can transform into any common day object while it works as if it's in its usual form. Certain one is matched to each of you. The way it works is you push the sphere in the middle that ask for your identification if valid it will open and it's just a simple little button. All realms where your presence is needed will be highlighted in yellow. Half highlighted means undecided and the ones with red dots by them is where you stand now. After you press your choice it will show a destination to land at in which you will pick. As for clothes or hairstyles all change when you transport. You can always pause time if needed for the maximum of an hour and has to be at least 30 minutes between. You can also go back and forward in time. Communication is possible by thought if using the carved out dot in the bottom of the sphere and putting it in your ear. You will setup i.d. now." He finishes almost gasping in the end for breath. "Also remember there stuck on you no matter what. They sorta stick into your skin but it doesn't hurt it just means they're there. There officially called the Quicon." The device is shaped like a ring as big as a bracelet or watch for a man and is as either silver or gold while the sphere jewel in the middle is all different colors when they open a bright screen and buttons that float in the air but corresponded with the screen. Chiron waves me over and hands me the yellow with black spikes on the bottom of the sphere hiding the screen and gold ring. "Say your name." His gloved hands place the device in my hands. "Luce Alexander Lightning." I say steadily. I set up my i.d. I then watch Alex receive his.
Alex's POV
"Come my boy." Say Chiron as Luce receives his thingy. "Kay." I say as I move swiftly past him for a thingy. It's a silver ring and the sphere is the sea on the bottom with a light blue getting lighter and lighter at the top. On the bottom of the sphere is a circle of white on the edges with the sea colors into the middle. "Alex Soto Whirlpool." I say casually and set up my i.d.
Hunter's POV
After Alex receives his device I step up to receive mine. "Also kids this device can serve other purposes. It can surf the Internet, always having Internet and such but if you must go on social media websites like Facebook you must be using a fake name and no pictures of yourself. I don't like you using them but you'll do what you want no matter what I suppose." Soal's eyes just pop out at that. We've all missed our Internet especially Soal being the obsessed fangirl she is. I have had my withdrawal too but yeah. "Hunter Ronald Conick." I say setting up my device eager to get on tumblr or facebook. I get the one with a silver ring and a sphere green with and a very dark red splashes at the bottom.
