A "Special" Friend

Y/N's POV
I was training and working out all morning and boy did I wake up in pain after just an hour of sleep. "Eebe?" Willow was in my room where I was resting and points to my digital clock. 12:40, it read "Shoot! I gotta go." I get something suitable than just a shirt and panties, a gray spaghetti strap tank top, tight blue jeans, an emerald choker I stole from my old mother, one of my siblings flats, and my jacket. "Come on Willow, I could use the company if he doesn't show up. You know how boys are." Willow only shook her head, oh right, she was born a day ago.

I was about to leave when father blocked me with his scepter "Where do you think you're going to young lady?" "On a walk with Willow." I said nervously "You said those words with nervousness, and you're wearing flats. Also women who where flats go to something important." I laugh nervously, I'm screwed! "Eebe!" Willow started to roll around and dance "What is it girl?" I ask "Eeboi..." "I think Willow need to go." "What-"
"She has to go to the bathroom." I moved his scepter out of the way and rush out the door. "Be back here by the time the sun sets!" Father shouts as we run away from the building "Don't worry. We will!" I yelled back as I look back at him.

3rd person POV
Y/N made her way into the park, and Willow really did have to pee. "At least we have another excuse to leave the house." She said to herself as she waited for both Bruno, and Willow to finish her break in the bushes. "Y/N?" She heard; she turns her head and sees Bruno with with a small red flower "Aww, is that for Willow?" She asks as she takes the flower. "A-actually i-it's for you." He said with a small blush, Y/N saw this but pretended she didn't "Why thank you. That's sweet of you, if I had more flowers I would've made a flower crown." Y/N said smiling. Willow comes out of the bushes and shakes her fur to get the leaves out "Hello again, Willow." Bruno said petting her head. "Eeboi..." Willow's tail wags and her face looked calm 'Head petting...' was all that went through her mind.

They two talked and Willow would lay in Bruno's arms or lap just to have head pats or pettings. "Why did you move hear exactly?" Bruno asked in curiosity, Y/N had head down and sighed "It's— not a great memory to talk about. But where do you live? You look like the type of guy to be in the military with that suit on." Y/N said trying to change the subject. "I tell you if you tell me." Bruno said with a smirk "Touché." Y/N said with a 'I see your game' look "Alright. But you first." Y/N smiles. "Fine. I was part of an organization that brainwashed us into to doing horrible things. I died trying to escape but my friends made it out alive, I was then brought back to life only to do the one thing I wanted to escape from. But I had now changed, but now I have these robotic limbs to remind me of what I did." Y/N already knew this but just asked because that's how people do it in movies.

"Your turn." Bruno said bumping her shoulder with his. "I'm a middle child in my family but no one would ever noticed me or gave me attention... or love. Only father loved me, but there was an argument between him and my mother. After that he did something truly horrible..." Y/N said in a fake sad tone "What did he do?" Y/N sighs and leans on Bruno's shoulder on purpose. Bruno blushes and his face turns into a pink crayon "He hit my mother and siblings. Yelling at all of them, saying "You have another child, but yet you ignore her and leave her to pick up your mess while you waste the money that I had made. He was then arrested and lost custody of me, and mother continued to ignore me and got remarried. All my life I have been unseen by others and my own family, I gathered... or more likely stole whatever I could to bail my father out of prison." Y/N said with sadness, making up everything on the spot.

"But he hit your family." "They are no longer my family. They deserved what they got, I ran away from my old home and live with my father. I've never felt more happy with him." Y/N smiled and closed her eyes, thank god she took theater when she was still in school. "But that doesn't mean that your father had the beat your family." "Wouldn't a family love their children? To care and give them attention? My father is my only family." Bruno slowly lowered his head onto hers "Other people would've thrown your father back into prison." "That's why I listen to both sides. Villain or hero. Everyone has their story, it only depends on the story." The words were now drilled into Bruno's head. "Those words are in planted in my brain, thanks." Y/N giggles "Might as well keep that in mind, it could come in handy." Bruno and Y/N lay one each other as Willow fell fast asleep on his lap.

"Caw! Caw! Caw!"

Y/N gets her head off of Bruno's shoulder and looks to the trees. There in the trees sat Azul "I'm sorry Bruno, but I have to go. I'll talk to you later. We'll meet again right?" Y/N ask before picking up a sleepy Willow. "O-oh, okay. What time?" "How about we meet back here on Monday at 11:00 before lunch?" "Sure, we can bring Willow as well." Bruno said getting up. "Willow really seems to like you. Thank you, I had a good time with you. See you later." Y/N said before walking away from Bruno with Willow in her arms and the flower in her hair. Bruno felt a funny feeling in his chest "What is this feel?" He touches his chest "This feels weird."

"Caw! Caw! Caw!"

Bruno looks at Azul in confusion, he looks at the bird and see the same shiny black feathers he saw on the day he saw Y/N. "What are you do want?" He asks the crow, the animal with a beak only looks at him before flying in the direction Y/N went. Bruno goes back to the tower sand lays in his bed and thinks about Y/N and Willow, but mostly Y/N "Why can't I get you out of my head? I only met you. Is this normal? I guess I'll have to wait till Monday." He said before closing his eyes.
