"Samantha quit." Saad ni Jainie ng umopo ito sa aking tabi.

Nilingon ko siya she was sipping on his milktea while eyes on her phone.

"Quit, where?" I asked.

Tinago niya ang kanyang cellphone at nilingon ako.

"Sa cheerdance. Tinatanong ulit ni Christine kong gusto mo bang sumali."

Umiling ako. " I'll have the last exibhit this year. Maybe pagkatapos ron sasali na ako."

"Really? I'll tell Christine about that." Saad niya at nag type ng kung ano sa kanyang cellphone.

Since naging sila ni Thorn at Samntha I stop watching his game. Palagi kasi silang lovey dovey sa court since Samantha is one of the cheerleaders.

"Omy gosh!" Tili ng katabi ko.

I looked at her.

"What? Anong meron?"

"Nasali kita sa singing competition!"

I frown. " What?" Nababa ko ang aking milktea. "Why would you do that!?"I exclaimed.

She rolled her eyes. " Para naman you will stop singing in the streets. If you'll win this contest the price will be fifty thousand! O diba may pang ilang buwan naring konsomo sila Joshua hindi ba? "

I sipped on my milktea.

"Kaylan ba yan?"

"This coming school fest."

Tumango ako. The bell rang so we stand up and went to our next class. Nagtatawanan kami ni Jainie habang lumalakad sa hallway na hinto lamang ito ng makita kami ng dalawang taong nag away.

Napasinghap ako ng makita kong sino ito sa malapitan. It was Thorn and Samantha.

Gumilid kami sa hallway at nag tuloy tuloy sa pag lalakad. They seem not to notice our presence because they kept on trowing hate on each other.

"Ano ba, Thorn nasasakal na ako." Samantha's voice boom on the corridor.

Pareho kaming napasinghap ni Jainie sa narinig. Napahigpit ang kapit sa aking ni Jainie.

She mouthed. Omy gosh! Umiling lamang ako at nag mamadaling lumakad. Ng makita namin ang hagdan agad kaming umikot ngunit si Jainie ay parang gusto pang chumismis kaya huminto ito at sumilip sa gilid ng pader.

Hinila ko ito at hinatak patungo sa aming room. I can still hear them talking but I choose not to understand it and let it pass through the air. Sana kong gusto nilang mag away sa loob na lang ng sasakyan o sa... basta sa wala masyadong tao atleast to give them privacy.

"Narinig mo yun?" Jainie. "Omy, am I hearing break up?"

"Shh. Jainie mind your own business nalang okay?"

"Wow ha. Kung alam ko lang nabubunyi yang puso mo."

Hindi ko siya sinagot. Kasi totoo naman. My heart is rejoicing to Samantha's heart being broken. Masama na siguro ako pero yun ang totoo.

Ilang  beses ko pa silang nakikitang nag aaway this week but I never heard any news about them breaking up.

I strum my guitar and look at the phone I set up. I build my studio soundproof so no one could hear me sing. Im a bit of an introvert when it comes to my talents.

I believe that your talent should only be seen by your special ones. It doesn't need to be heard or seen by people. You should keep it private.
