Yakko was on his bike driving to Revage Medical. He sees dead bodies and there was new cops there. Jerome and Bullet was with someone.
Red hood: What happened here?...
Jerome: Someone wearing hlaf blue and the other half red gear. And sweard on his back and guns on his beat.

Few seconds later Wakko gets out and sees Elmyra Just wearing a long shirt. No socks no pants and the long short shirt cover her part.

Wakko: ... I don't know... Last night.. I had a dream... You.. Me... living at Spain and i Was a cop again and... We Had a daughter... And Dot and Raven were at college at spain and... then Franklin shows up with a wheel chair. Like we haven't been in RevageCity Since 20 years... Then when I came back to RevageCity... Yakko... Finally snapped.. Like he threw Toddler on top a car and when went to see Toddler at the hospital... Yakko was there... and he killed the Toddler...

Wakko and Elmyra walks out and other men hits wakko with his gun and the other 2 grabs Elmyra and puts a needle inside Elmyra Neck to put her to sleep.
