Chapter 3: Work

You wake up by the voice of someone repeatedly saying the phrase "Wake up [Y/N]."
You look up and see your housekeeper standing infront of you, pouting.

You: "Wh-what do you want?"

Chisa Yukizome: "You need to wake up early, it's healthy for you."

You: "Uhh... who cares about health."

Chisa: "Don't you have school?"

You: "Nope, it's our summer break."

Chisa: "Oh o-okay, just get up I'll make breakfast."

Chisa leaves the room and you get up, stretch and look out your window, the view was pretty and you see couple's walking down the street.

You felt pretty jealous but you ignore them and look at the ocean... you wanted to go there and feel the sand and the saltwater.

You change into some better clothes and go downstairs, you get greeted by the nice scent of pancakes. You go to the kitchen and see Chisa cooking.

You: "Mm, smells good."

Chisa: "You're finally up, set the table."

You take the plates, forks and knives and place them on the table with some napkins, Chisa finishes cooking then transfers the pancakes on a plate and places it on the dining table.

You get a couple of pancakes and stuff them in your mouth, it tasted really good... it's like your brain is about to explode.

You: "I-It's so good, mm."

Chisa: "Glad you like my cooking, I learn things so that I can learn to fit the needs of those I serve."

You: "So you're like a maid or something?"

Chisa: "Kind of, but I mainly do house chores."

You: "Oh, I see... Where do you come from?"

Chisa: "Japan."

You: "Oh I've always wanted to go there."

Chisa: "You want me to take you there soon?"

You: "U-uhm well... You c-could."

Chisa smiled at you and you glance at her, you meet eyes and you look away blushing.

You: "I-I'll get some more pancakes."

Chisa: "Knock yourself out."

You sit on your bed, reading some e-books in your phone when you hear a knock on your door.

You: "Come in."

Chisa walks in, carrying a trash bag and looking around.

Chisa: "Do you have any trash here?"

You: "Y-Yeah why?"

Chisa: "Isn't it obvious, I'm here to collect it."

You: "Go ahead."

Chisa collected trash from your room, searching everywhere while you sat there staring at your phone. Chisa finished placed the trash bag down and stretched, raising her arms up.

You: "You done?"

Chisa: "Hey can't you do something useful?"

You: "Like what, your job is to clean not me."

Chisa: "Not going to exercise or something?"

You: "No."

Chisa: "Anyway what are you doing?"

You: "Reading."

Chisa: "Reading what?"

You: It's a secret."

Chisa: "Romance?"

You: "N-No."

Chisa chuckled, took the trash bag and walked out.

Chisa: "Alright then."

She says to you as you hear her walk down the stairs.

You: "Now what."

You say as you close the door of your room and sit on your bed.

You: "Wait how the hell did she know I was reading romance?"
