Chapter 21

The next day I went onto my Twitter and found that some one had tweeted me link to some website with fan fictions. This one was about me and Dan being in a relationship. They write that we casually bumped into each other on the street and recognized each other one YouTube so we exchanged numbers to meet up and make a video. Of course the author made it so I had moved to London to make it easier for Dan and I to see each other. This only reminded me of the time we did actually meet.

We were in London but it wasn't on the street. Tyler was going to make a video with Phil and they decided to meet at a restaurant and plan the video. I came along for no reason other than to stick with Tyler. I remember how we sat down at the booth with only Phil and how Phil said Dan had forgotten something at the radio station. And how that waiter was flirting with me and we when on a date. And how he turned out to be an ass hole that only wanted to get layed.

I remember the chime of the bell over the door and how I looked over my shoulder to see he had entered. He was wearing his eclipse shirt and was looking down at his phone. How my heart quickened at the sight of him for some odd reason. And how we met eyes for only a second.

The author wrote more with us being just friends. She wrote that we got drunk together and started to make out and eventually had sex together. And it was extremely detailed. And let's just say I could barely get through it with out cringing every few second.

She then wrote about Eli coming into the story. She portaid him as an abusive alcoholic that cheats and does drugs. She made it so Dan got in a fight with Eli which she said, and I quote, "Since Dan has the strength of a five year old, Eli was able to beat him down like beast. I screamed at them to stop. Until I finally yelled at Eli, "I love him! Stop hurting him!"" end of quote. Eli then proceeded to hit me.

I stopped reading it then. I could face that reality. Even thought that would never happen I still couldn't have those thoughts in my head. Because things like that can happen. Even thought though it won't happen.

That wasn't the only thing that greeted me that morning. While changing into my clothes for the day my phone rang. It was the people that had looked into my mothers death. The stated that they decided to give me the text message she was going to send me moments before she crashed and died. They had emailed it to me so I went on my laptop to view it. My hands shook as the internet loaded and my breath was caught in my throat.

"To: Joanna,

I watched that YouTube video with those British boys and saw hot the brown haired boy was looking at you. He is-"

And that's where it ends. She was talking about the baking video Tyler, Phil, Dan and I filmed. To be honest, I haven't really watched it in great concentration. Sure, I watched the whole thing but I wasn't paying attention. I was on twitter with my phone. I open YouTube and watch the video, this time paying attention to it. When ever I'm not looking at Dan, he's looking at me with great anticipation in his eyes. He really did like me from the beginning. And I slapped him for liking me. But he also did accuse Eli of cheating.

But where did he get that idea from? The realization sudden bursts in my head. How could he have just thought that up out of thin air. We were having this huge intense argument. Unless it was just his mind making saying the strongest thin he could think of. But still, where did the idea come from. I look over at Eli's phone on the unmade bed. He's over in the bathroom taking a shower. I grab his phone and look at his messages. I don't read them, just looking at the names. So far nothing. I then look at his recent calls. Me, Tyler and Dianna, Lizzy's best friend's mother, are the first and only three. I sigh in exasperation when the phone sudden buzzed in my hand. It's a text from Dianna.g

"Are you coming today?"

She must be talking about picking up Lizzy so I type a yes to let her know that we are. The next text came almost immediately.
