As they exited the room they sew that almost all the cell doors were strangely open. "Why did these stupid stormtroopers leave all the cells open?" Hux said before giving a devious smirk to Finn. "No offense."

"None taken. You were the one who trained all of the stupid stormtroopers after all," Finn said.

Hux looked at him in disapproval. "That's not true" Hux steamed as he continued walking.

Behind him Poe and Finn exchanged a victory fist-bump.

"Well it is true I actually trained them," Phasma pointed out. "So are you doubting my tactics?" she smirked playfully at him.

Hux grumbled. "No these stormtrooper were not even in the first order," he stated. "I just didn't want HIM..." he jammed a finger back at Finn "...taking an offense."

Rose bumped Finn. "Be nice," she whispered.

"Right. Sorry Hux."

Hux smiled he always did love arguing with people (because he usually won and he liked the adrenaline rush) but Finn seemed to be a nice guy and he didn't want to push him too much, after all he didn't have very many friends. "It's alright Finn after all if we can't speak truthfully to one another, then there's no trust."

Finn nodded in agreement. "You're right that's what went wrong in the First Order."

"And the Republic for that matter," Rose agreed.

Hux nodded agreeing wholeheartedly with the girl. But as he opened his mouth to reply he felt a tugging at his heart and followed it without a second thought, leaving the rest of the First Alliance dumbfounded.

"What is he doing?" Finn whispered.

"No idea," Phasma replied.

Hux eagerly ran up to the only door closed along the hallway and reached out to open it with the force. But it wouldn't budge, he tried again but the door held true. He felt a sting of shame as he tried again, but failure again claimed victory. Sighing he looked to the right of the cell he already knew that he'd not be able to get in with a passcode. But he needlessly fumbled with the white box nonetheless.

"Wait what are you doing you idiot?" Hux scolded himself he reached out pulling the one object he had focused all his thoughts on. He felt it, it was coming to his rescue. Before long he felt the smooth metal hilt of his father's lightsaber touch his hand. Taking it and sheathing it into the door until the blade reached it's metal counter part .

Rey looked past where Ben was standing to see the tip of a green lightsaber emerge through the door. "Look!" She pointed behind him.

Ben turned to look at the door. "I knew we could count on him."

Once the door was all the way open (well more like when the hole was cut) it fell to the floor with a thud to reveal Hux. He quickly ran inside and embraced his cousin in a tight hug.

"I knew you could do it!" Ben told him.

Hux pulled back and smirked. "At least one of us had that much confidence."

Ben smiled. "You underestimate yourself Owen. You're a Skywalker like your father and grandfather before you. Their strength is in your blood."

Hux smiled at him. "Thanks Ben."

"You're welcome. Now we just have to figure out how to get out of here," Ben answered.

Hux moved to give Rey and his aunt a hug as well and then answered. "Well the hole in the wall I just made would be a good start."

"That's for sure," Rey agreed with a smile.

"Ohh opps I think I kinda ran off on the others," Hux stated.

"We better go find them before Finn freaks out," said Rey.

Hux turned and walked out the door leading them down the hallway that he last saw the First Alliance.

Finn came over to them. "You found them!" he exclaimed. He quickly hugged Rey, relieved.

"So where to now?" Ben asked.

"We could try to get out of the hanger," a former first order petty officer suggested.

Ben nodded. "Good idea."

They all made their way towards the hanger.

"Looks clear," Hux said pulling his head back around the corner.

They all nodded then hurried into the hangar.

Just as the millennium falcon was in sight a group of stormtroopers chased after them. Rey and Ben did their best to hold the blasts back with the force.

The first alliance boarded as many of their ships that were still in the hanger.

Once everyone else was safely on board, Ben and Rey ran as quickly as they could. The blasts they'd held in midair now flying all around them as they were no longer concentrating on them.

They dove into the millennium falcon, quickly closing the door behind them.

With that the first alliance quickly exited the hanger

"Reroute to Hoth, all first alliance I repeat reroute to Hoth," Hux said over the coms.

Ben and Rey came into the cockpit.

"That was a close call," Ben said, sitting in the pilot's seat next to Chewie.

Rey came up behind him and kissed his cheek. "Yes it was."
