Taeyong ran up to the girl locking her in a hug trying to block the view of the dead man
Taeyong:"The file said he lived by himself!"
Hyunjin:"Well clearly it was wrong!"
"What are we going to do with her?" Taeyong said struggling to keep the girl from screaming.
Hyunjin: "What do you mean? We have to kill her."
Taeyong:"WHAT?! She's a kid!"
"HELP" the girl yelped pushing Taeyong away.
"Listen kid if you want to live you better shut up" Hyunjin harshly whispered.
Hyunjin and Taeyong climbed out the window and put the girl in their car. The car ride was silence with both of the boys wondering what the plan was.
"What's your name?" Taeyong asked wanting to break the silence.
??:"Yuri"
Taeyong: "Is Akira Takahashi your father?"
Yuri nodded avoiding Taeyong's eyes.
Hyunjin sighed "Are we just going to keep her with us? Her dad will look for her."
"She saw our faces" Taeyong cautioned. "Plus if she might be next in line to be the leader."
Hyunjin:"And you think Ten is gonna be okay with this? We joined a 2 months ago we can't go screwing things up"
Hyunjin and Taeyong were orphans. They ran away from their orphanage 2 months ago due to poor treatment. A mafia member found them and decided to make them useful.
"I'll think of something" Taeyong said looking at the sad girl in the back of his car.
|BACK AT THE HEADQUARTERS|
"WHAT DO MEAN YOU DIDN'T KILL HIM?!" Ten bellowed. The boys kept their heads down and awaited for the verbal abuse to be over.
Ten looked behind Hyunjin seeing a small girl. "Oh so we're bringing home stray puppies now".
Yuri clutched onto Hyunjin's shirt, hiding her face. "What's your name?" Ten said kneeling down to Yuri.
"Ace" Taeyong said quickly. He knew it sounded stupid. But Ten had a deck of cards on his desk and that's what caught his eye.
Yuri looked at him with confusion but Taeyong's eyes silenced her.
"Her name is Ace."
"Well then Ace, who are your parents?"
"She's our younger sister." Hyunjin uttered.
"You said your whole family died" Ten said getting suspicious. "We found you two stealing food because you had no family left."
Hyunjin: "We didn't want her getting involved in any of this, but we decided she'd be better off with us."
Ten: "I think it'd be better to hear from Ace instead of you speaking for her"
Yuri was hesitant but then mumbled "there my brothers."
Ten lifted his eyebrows surprised by this answer. "Well what do you plan on doing with her? She's going to be be a waste of our resources."
"We can train her. She's small and a kid so she'd be a great hitman." Taeyong said nodding.
Ten paused for a moment "Fine then. If she causes trouble she's out. Ace, welcome to our family."
Hyunjin and Taeyong released sighs of relief and guided Yuri out of the office. Hyunjin leaned down and whispered to Yuri "Don't you ever tell anyone your name or where you came from."
Yuri nodded. She may be young but she wasn't stupid. She wasn't going to get herself killed.
Ever since then Yuri had a new family. Later on she eventually did see them as her real brothers. Forgetting that she had a real family.
