Chapter 20

After the beach Jc and I stopped by Kian's to grab him something to wear for dinner. I was digging through his bag seeing only tank tops and tshirts, I sighed and walked to Kian's closet .

"Here try this on" I threw him one of Kian's nice button ups

"How does it look" he asked as he finished buttoning it.

"Cute" I smiled and threw him a black tie and some black straight leg pants I had earlier fished out of his bag "Oh! I got you this salt and pepper beanie at Urban Outfitters the other day" I ripped the tags off and handed it to him "That'll look great"

He grabbed everthing in his hands and smiled at me "I don't know what I'd do without you" he laughed

I jokingly pinched his cheek "Well my job is to make you look good. Now come on let's get to my house so I can get ready too"

We ran out of the house yelling bye to Kian's mom. I unlocked my door and saw a note from my mom saying she'd meet us at the resturaunt at 8 - it was about 6 now. Jc followed me up the stairs to my room and lounged on my bed as I browsed my closet. I had no idea what to wear, I found a pink lace dress that fell to a little above my knees I shrugged and put it on.

"How does this look?" I stepped out of the closet and spun in front of Jc

He smiled and grabbed my waist, setting me on his lap "Almost as perfect as you" his lips brushed against my neck

I blushed and gave him a quick kiss "You just...ugh I love you" I got up and walked to the bathroom to do my hair and makeup "Now you better get dressed" I poked my head out of the door to see him laying on my bed with his eyes shut

"Ok, ok in like 10 minutes" he smiled a bit with his eyes shut

I rolled my eyes and curled my hair. After I was completely ready I decided to check on Jc.

"Justin Caylen! Are you sleeping?!" I put my hands on my hips trying to ignore how cute he looked and focus on how mad I was at him.

I grabbed his phone out of his pocket and checked the time 7:15, I knew I had to wake him up. I sighed and crawled on top of him "Jc" I poked his nose "Jc wake up babe" I got really close to his face whispering in his ear.

"Mmmmm I'll only get up if you kiss me" he smirked.

"Eww I don't want to kiss you" I went to get up when he suddenly grabbed my face crashing his lips into mine

We broke apart "Now don't be rude" he smiled and got up off the bed.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and looked into his brown eyes "Me rude? Never" I smiled and kissed him again. "Now get dressed sleepyhead, we have to leave soon"

He gave me the cutest pouty face and crossed his arms "Ugh I don't want to"

I gave him a look "Can you like not right now and just get dressed"

He breathed in heavily "Fine, but I expect something in return" he winked at me as he took off his shirt

"We'll let's see how well you do with my mom"

"Pshhh I'll do great" he pulled on his pants and walked over to me "Will you tie this for me?"

We walked up to the restaurant and I saw my mom standing in front of the entrance "Hi mom" I smiled and gave her a hug

"Hi sweetie" she kissed my cheek "oh you must be Jc" she smiled

"Yeah" he blushed a little as she pulled him into a hug "I'm gonna make a wild guess here but you're Kaitlyn's mom right?" He looked at her and chucked

Her face lit up and she laughed along with him "Smart boy, yes but you can call me Lacey"

Jc and my mom got off really well, I was so relieved. We talked about how Jc had planed to transfer to the same college Kian, Sam, and I were going to next year and just about him as a person - he also asked my mom a lot about herself, it was really cute and surprising since I had never had a boyfriend do that before.

"So do you guys need a ride home?" My mom asked once we left the resturaunt

"Nah we took my car" I smiled

"Ok" She gave us both hugs "Are you going to go back to Kian's?"

I looked at Jc and he shrugged "Um yeah I think so"

We drove back to Kian's house and all the boys were just kind of lounging everywhere in the living room watching Fight Club. I kicked off my shoes and headed up stairs to change, I heard Jc sit in Kian's bed as I changed into sweats and a tank top.

"Wow you really look good in anything" Jc smiled and pulled me onto his lap as I walked out of the closet.

"Oh shut up" I gave him a kiss in the cheek

"Never" he smiled and began to kiss my neck "I want to talk about how perfect you are all the time."

I laughed "Nobody is perfect Jc"

"Well you're perfect to me"

I turned around and faced him "You need to stop being so cheesy" I wrapped my arms around his neck kissing him.

He broke the kiss "Awww but being cheesy is my thing" we laughed and he leaned in and kissed me again

There was a cough behind us, we broke the kiss again and saw Ricardo and Connor standing in the doorway.

"Yeah, I'm thinking Kian wouldn't appreciate the two of you having sex on his bed." Connor smirked and sat by us

"Yeah and we'd appreciate you not bursting in every time we're alone" Jc got up and punched Ricardo in the arm - after that they begun to just kind of fake wrestle and just hit each other.

Connor looked and me and smiled "Want to go pick out the next movie with me while these girls fight?" he got up off then bed and offered me his hand.

"I'd love to" I smiled and took his hand.

After deciding on Jumper, me and Connor popped some popcorn for everyone. I sat on the couch with Jc. "Hey beautiful" he kissed my head and wrapped his arms around me and I laid into his chest.

I smiled and kissed his jawline "Hey handsome" I felt him smirk which made me smile again

"You guys disgust me" Ricky crossed his arms and looked at us from across the couch.

"Oh really Ricky?" Jc took my face and smashed our lips together, I giggled and broke the kiss after what seemed like forever "Or are you just jealous of Kaitlyn" He begun to laugh

Ricky looked around and burst out laughing along with everyone esle "Oh you know it." he smiled and winked

"Oh my gosh you guys, shut up and watch the movie" I laughed and turned the tv up.
