Playground school bell rings, again
Rain clouds come to play, again

As the bell rang, Michael noticed a boy sitting alone. He didn't seemed fazed by the bell. He just sat there.

Has no one told you she's not breathing?

Michael freaked out mentally. Was he okay?

He bit his lip in hesitation. Should I go see if he's okay?

Seriously, Michael? his mind told him. Michael frowned.Go see if he's okay, you ditz!

Michael hates his conscience sometimes. It's mean.

As Michael had gotten closer to the boy, he saw that he wasbreathing. Thank fucking God. He knelt down next to the blonde, and rubbed his back. "Hey, you okay? You seem distressed." The boy sniffled. Michael just heard and felt his heart shatter into a million pieces. The boy picked up his head, his eyes bloodshot, face tear-stained.

The boy shook his head. "No," he whispered. "I'm not." Michael wanted to cry, but refrained

"Do you want to talk about it? You don't have to."

"You don't mind a pathetic loser complaining about his life to you?" Michael shook his head.

"Of course not," he replied. "I have free period, and you look like you could use a friend." The blonde shot him a small smile.

Michael found out his name was Luke. Michael liked Luke. A lot.

"You mean the fucking world to me. I love you." Michael replied, then softly pressed his lips to the blonde's. For once, everything felt in place.
