"Mommy? Why are hybrid dragons not allowed in Pyrrhia or Pantala anymore?"
Nova asked her mother, a seawing-rainwing.
"Yeah, we want to know."
Said her sister Silvertalon.
Her mother sighed and shook her head.
"It was about ten years ago now. The skywing queen, Queen Hazel, and the nightwing queen, Queen Coal got together to look for other queens to get rid of hybrid dragons because 'They bring impurity to our pure tribe blood' or something like that... Then the Mudwing and Hivewing queens joined and forced the remaining tribes to kick out all hybrids to avoid war."
Nova's mother showed her a scroll, she pointed to a drawing of the hivewing queen attacking the seawing queen.
"The other tribes had no choice."
Nova looked down at the ground
Why do hybrid dragons not get acceptance? This needs to change...
Little did Nova know that in the future, she will be one of the dragons who fights for their right as an equal on Pyrrhia and Pantala.
