Third person P.O.V.
It had been quite the month and a half for Izuku. Between normal classes, extra training with All Might to control black whip, his outings with his friends and his therapy sessions that were now becoming more teasing for the amusement of Ms. Joke, it seemed like his only free time was when he was sleeping or eating. Speaking of his sessions with the pro hero, he currently found himself blushing slightly at his therapists implications. He had told her about his friends and Fukukado seemed especially interested in Uraraka so she became a focus topic constantly, even if Izuku never admitted he had a huge crush on her, but Ms. Joke just knew, considering on his reactions. "Well Izuku, holiday season is up, are you planning on getting a gift for Uraraka? Perhaps a ring~?" He had tried to cover himself up while he blushed, even if he had gotten a bit used to it, therefore getting him out of his shell and a tad bit of confidence boost. "W-well, I have to get a g-gift for Eri for tomorrow and for everyone else for christmas. A-and U-uraraka's b-birthday is the twenty seventh." He was going to head to the mall after this session to get most of his gifts, having made a list for each specific gift that could work with his budget.
"Well, although material isn't everything, it's still a nice gesture, and I'm guessing your gifts for your closest friends are a bit more grand than others." He opened his mouth to deny it, but he wasn't a good liar, neither to himself nor others. so he just nodded in response. It helped that his work study actually gave him a small paycheck and that he had gone a few times to help with recon missions that required trailing a fast target, so that actually helped for his gift planning, especially for Ochako's gifts. "Either way Izuku, we've been having sessions for quite a while, so I guess it's time for me to ask. How are you feeling. Not about yesterday nor that day, but right now." She had never asked that question before in their sessions, and although it had completely changed the mood and made him a bit nervous, he had pondered on this himself for quite some time. "I feel mostly great. I look forwards to tomorrow and the day after, training, classes, weekends, all of it. But.... I still feel guilty, but I want to make it up to them and I am trying."
Ms. Joke nodded, understanding why it is that he felt guilty, that heroism that resided deep within the boy and never seemed to die, always wanting what is best for everyone no matter the cost, even if at one point he thought the cost was his own life through his hands. "I know that they are alright and forgive you Izuku, but I understand you don't feel the same. At one point, maybe you'll feel like you finally redeemed yourself. It's alright, as long as you don't let it consume you."Izuku nodded and then continued their conversation on how to go on about the possible christmas party and what he should strive for, considering he is new to this whole thing of parties and big social gatherings. On a separate room, quite far from Izuku was Katsuki while him and Hound Dog discussed different methods to control anger outbursts and were putting them to practice. Bakugo had managed to lash out a considerably lower amount of times due to some of the exercises, but they clearly didn't seem to help as much as they should have considering the fist size hole in his wall after having so much pent up emotions.
In the dorms, everyone was enjoying the warmth of the heating system and the various blankets that they had found inside the storage room after they saw Aizawa look for one an especially chilly day. The week off was about to start and none of them could complain about this small break, considering that having to make the walk early in the morning from Heights Alliance to the main building was a big pain for everyone except Todoroki. All of the girls found themselves sitting on the couches while drinking either hot tea or hot chocolate after the demands by Uraraka and Ashido. "Sooo Uraraka, birthday is coming up, expecting something big from your green prince Midori?" She blushed hard but didn't try to deny it, considering Mina and Toru had basically forced it out of her a few weeks ago when they had managed to get a girls night together. "W-well, i-it is a g-good time to c-confess, right?" And as soon as those words escaped her mouth, high pitched squeals came from the gossip duo of the class followed and she was tackled to a hug.
"Should we help her? This is basically an attack." Jiro said with a deadpan expression to her very wealthy friend who just sighed and shook her head, even if with a small smirk as she knew that she was in no real danger. "Wait Mina! I never said that I w-would do it." Now she was in danger, as their pink friend started to glare daggers into Ochako's very own chocotley eyes, now fearing for her life. "Are you kidding?! Midori will never ask you! You know how awkward he is, so you'll have to suck it up. Plus, you already know he likes you! Remember his text?" She nodded, even though it was a text she didn't really know how to feel about. She resented it due to it being from that fateful night that seemed so distant ago yet fresh in most memories of her friends. However, she also cherished that message as it was probably a big factor that had actually saved him from his possible death. Furthermore, he said he wanted to say something, and her imagination run wild every time she read that once more, but she could never be certain. And how could she forget the letter when he put his heart and soul into paper, saying how much she truly meant to him. She kind of wished Todoroki didn't burn her part.
"I-I d-don't know Mina. I d-don't think I have the c-courage to do it..."
"You poor thing. I'll force you to do it before it's too late because that green cinnamon roll is swole and cute so some may try to steal him."
Heyo. Did the timeskip, don't really know how to feel about it. Either way, it's getting fluffier and it's getting to the end and I don't know how to feel. But the journey is still ongoing, so I guess we'll see tomorrow. Either way, I hope you have or had an incredible day, remember you are all absurdly great.
