I wonder how would I look like
without the bruises, wounds, and scars
How does it feel to be unscathed?
Nobody knows, we're all just wounded. They say scars prove we're strong
strong enough that it was just the affliction
Though we all know how it was once painful
behind the curtains, it will never be seenIf I change the past to remove the scars,
would I still be who I am now?
The dejection to know I nonetheless can't do it
Only leaves me upset, left thinking on what-ifs.Claude Monet, "Lavacourt under Snow"
