The Confession.

Kaede Akamatsu, the Ultimate Pianist, has always had a liking for Shuichi Saihara, Ultimate Detective. The day they met, (by falling out of lockers together, probably not the best meeting spot.) something clicked to Akamatsu. But for Saihara, he saw Akamatsu as a close friend.

After spending another sunny day together, which they've been doing for months now, Akamatsu starts to gain the courage to confess her feelings to Saihara, the boy that had made her heart stop when she saw him.

Little did Akamatsu know, the next week would be hell for her.

That night, Akamatsu knocked on Saihara's door. The pale, teal haired boy opened the door, surprised to see Akamatsu waiting for him. He let her in, and Akamatsu sat him down.

"So Kaede, what did you need?" Saihara asked, clueless about why she was standing idle in his room so late at night.

Those words made Akamatsu blush lightly. She didn't know they were on a first name basis. After taking a deep breath of courage, She blurted out her feelings to Saihara.

Saihara smiled nervously, and accepted her confession. Akamatsu's eyes glistened in the light of Saihara's dorm, Saihara didn't know if she was crying, or her eyes naturally did that. He didn't care, because he knew what he just did was a mistake.

Unfortunately for Akamatsu, she did not know Saihara was thinking about such.
