Chapter 1 Hey what's up you guys?

I moved my hands to the camera on the stand. Pressing the button I took a breath in.
"Hey what's up you guys, it's Kirra." I smiled and continued
"So tomorrow I am going to hop on a long flight to London, England with my roommate" I ran my fingers through my hair
"If you didn't know already I am OFFICALLY moving to London. I can't wait I've dreamt of this since I was little." I grabbed my ticket and threw it at the camera
"Happy, England? The London virgin is finally coming." I stopped and laughed.
"That was awkward. But I just wanted to make this quick video to tell you guys the amazing news. See all of you socially awkward people next week." Putting my hand over the lens i pressed stop on the camera and yawned.
"Kirra, my child" my room mate Jalen poked her head in the door.
"What?" I looked at her getting up and grabbing the camera.
"Our flight leaves in less then 14 hours and you are filming a video! Are you even packed? I have to send our boxes to the ship." She sat across from me.
"You already did jalen, calm down. You're freaking out way to much. They're at our flat, Zoe has been picking them up for us."
I put a hand on her shoulder and she brushed it off.
"I still can't believe we're going." She mumbled
"I know. But it'll be great. I promise" I smiled starting to edit my video for YouTube.
"Okay I was gonna pick up mcdicks, you want some?"
She asked grabbing my keys.
"Yes please, thank you"

Later in the evening I was scrolling through twitter and all my followers were tweeting some youtuber telling him to watch out because me and jalen were coming. Weird.
"Jay" I asked tugging at my black on black TRXYE sweater
"Yes?" She looked at me
"Im 22 and I've been in youtube for 2 years. Everything is happening so fast it scares me" I looked down and shut my lap top.
"It's alright child. Stuff will slow I promise. It's just big steps in our life's." She shut hers too.
"We should get to the airport we have to get there and check in before anyone sees us" She said getting up. It was 12:00 on the dot the airport doesn't open untill 5 but when we traveled they were always packed.
I got up and put my laptop in my bag and got on my shoes.
Walking out the door holding hands with jalen practically dragging her out, we stood in front of the house, our stuff in the cab and looked at it.
"Goodbye house" we said in sync and got in the cab. Off to London.
